"Don't bring Kyu's name in here!!!" Minho hit Changmin's arm playfully

"Haaa!! You still deny your love to him, uh?? I can see love from your care... Aigooo.. So annoying!!" Changmin said being unhappy

"Why should i jealous with it?? Kyu won't accept your love because until he die he will love his Wookie hyung... His first and last love..." Changmin said

Suddenly Minho's phone ringing and he answers the call immediately... Changmin look at his expression which changing and look really serious..

"Changmin-ah... Let's go..." Minho said to him

Changmin only shrugged and keep following his bestfriend without knowing where will they go...

Wookie feels goosebumps all around his body when he heard the song in the darkness... The coughing between the song not ruined every part of the lyrics... The coughing also not ruined the beautiful and warm sounds of the voice...

Something which can't Wookie believe when the light being turn on.. Someone that he really want to standing beside him... Someone who he really love... He is appear in the middle of the giant room.. Wookie bites his lower lips hard to hold his cried when he seeing Kyu sitting on the wheelchair with Minho and Changmin beside him also three doctors and four nurses following him... The knive fall from his grip when he walk step by step to approaching the pale boy who smilling into him...

"Kyuhyunie..." Wookie fall into his knees when he is right in front of Kyu

"Wookie hyung..." Kyu called Wookie softly with his weak voice

"Kyuhyunie... Kyuhyunie..." Wookie burried his face on Kyu's things, refuse to hug Kyu because he scared he might hurt the boy

"Wookie hyung... Wookie hyung, don't cry..." Kyu whispers softly while carressing Wookie's hairs with one hand

"Wookie hyung... It's your birthday... Don't cry... Please don't cry...." Kyu said but he can't hold his tears anymore

Kyu really need to hug his brother, but he can't do it now because the brace on his neck also using shoulders sling for his right hand..

"Kyu??? How can you come to here??" His appa asked, got surprised for his appearance

"Are you okay??" His appa asked once again and kissing Kyu's forehead and lips

"Mr. Cho... Your son just unconscious about five hours ago... And he keep forcing us to help him to come here.. So, we inject him with anesthetic to reduce the pain on him for a while... He should back to hospital within two hours because we don't want to take a risk if the anesthetic not give reaction after two hours..." The doctor said to Mr. Cho

"He is Doctor Jung Young Jae... He is cardiologist who will keep checking Kyu's condition for now... We will keep checking his heart because we scared the anesthetic might give effect to his heart...  And he is Doctor Park Jung Shin.. A pulmonolgist who will taking care of his lungs..." The doctor added

"Oh my God... Kyu..." His appa can't find any word to continue it

"Appa... I want accompany Wookie hyung as my promise..." Kyu said

"But... Oh no... Minho,.. Changmin... You two..."

"We are really sorry, adjushi... Minho got phone call from hospital and Kyu is the one who told us to come for pick up him..." Changmin said

"Yes, adjushi... We are really sorry because we can't forbid Kyu.. He is so stubborn..." Minho said

Minho immediately tell the whole story to Kyu's appa who still feel surprised because Kyu can come even he just conscious...

"Kyuhyunie?!!!" Minho and Changmin called Kyu when they arrive in Kyu's room at hospital

"Minho... Changmin.. Help me... Please help me...." Kyu begged while crying

"What help?? Are you okay??" Minho asked

"Which one is hurt?? Need me to tell your appa??" Changmin asked

"I want to go to Wookie hyung's birthday..."

"What?!!!!" Both of them got surprised by his best friend wish

"He keep saying he want to attend his brother's birthday.. We have try to forbid him but he keep being stubborn... He try to run and make him fall from the bed..."

"Kyu!! Please... Don't be naughty!! At least your hyung celebrating his birthday now... Don't force yourself!!!"

"Kyu... Usually i always beside you... But now i'm on Minho's side... You can't being like this... See!!! You're still being this weak... And what?? You want to go to party?? You only hurt yourself and make your appa and hyung getting worry more and more..."

"Please!! Please!! Please!!! Give me anything!! I want to go!! I want to go!!!" Kyu forced himself to screaming

"Kyuhyunie!! Cho Kyuhyun!!!"

"Are you crazy?!!! You just conscious and you asked us to bring you to out of hospital only for your brother's birthday party...?? Stop screaming like this!!!" Minho scolding Kyu who ignore his words

"Please!!! Help me!!! It's my dream to accompany Wookie hyung first birthday celebration... Please.... I don't want to lost it... You guys know me really well... I have disease on my lungs... And i have told you all... It getting worst now... What if i can live until next year?? I can't attend Wookie's hyung birthday anymore... Please... Pease... I don't want to miss today party... Please..." Kyu said and ended it with coughing hard

"Oh my God.. Kyu... Kyuhyunie?!!" Minho and Changmin got surprised when he seeing Kyu coughing blood

"Doctor... Can you join us to the party?? We can't let him go under doctor's control..." Minho asked the doctor

"Are you sure to bring him out for a while??"

Minho only nodding and he immediately take the white suit that Kyu's prepare for coming to Wookie's birthday... He and Changmin helped Kyu to change his clothes while the doctor preparing everything and ambulance to bring Kyu out from hospital...

"Wookie.... Hey... Your wish come true... Kyu is here... Don't cry anymore... Come on.. We started the party and bring Kyu back to hospital..." His appa try to talk to Wookie who keep crying and patted his shoulders

"Pabo!! Pabo, Kyu!!! Pabo!!" Wookie yelled and he hold himself to not slap Kyu even he raised his hand already

"Why did you love your stupid Hyung like this?? Why did you being stupid because of me?!! Where did you get energy to come here?!!"

"Hyung... I have promised you to accompany you on your birthday... And i don't want to miss it... Happy birthday Wookie hyung..." Kyu said to Wookie while wipes Wookie tears with his left hand

"Pabo..." Wookie said while carressing Kyu's pale face on his cheeks

"Ne... I'm stupid because of you... Come on... Continue to cut your cake.... Have you pray for me during your make a wish time..." Kyu asked, using his skill to talk sweetly and make Wookie not scold him anymore

"No..." Wookie said while he pushing Kyu's wheelchair to the front, for the first time, a tiny sweet smile appear on Wookie's face

The guest and music team playing birthday song once again and this time, wide smile have put on the birthday boy's face... He have his brother beside him during party time... He also have his appa beside him... The party going really well until Wookie decide to joined the doctor team to bring Kyu back to the hospital...

"Thank you so much, My lovely Kyu... Sleep well..." Wookie said and kiss Kyu's lips after he success make his brother sleep

"Hmm..." Wookie mumble on his sleep

"Wookie hyung... Wake up, sleepy head..." Kyu called again

"Kyu?? You have wake up..." Wookie asked, getting surprised when he seeing Kyu sitting on the bed staring at him

"Ne.. I have wake up since thirty minutes ago and having enough time to see saliva rolling to my hyung's jaw..." Kyu answers

Wookie pouted and rubbed his eyes, wipes strain of saliva on his corner lips and jaws..
