It was a Friday and you didn't have lunch with Jonghyun. You were busy finishing up a biology project with Key. He was one of the popular guys that you could stand to be around, and plus the two of you were partnered up by the teacher. After school you waited for Jonghyun at the front gates of the school as usual, but he never showed up. You decided to walk home alone. You dropped your stuff off home and changed out of you uniform. You left your house  to go see Jonghyun. He only lived a few houses away across the street.

You got to his house and knocked on the door. You waited for a few minutes and there was no answer. You looked up and saw his light on in his room. "Jonghyun-oppa open the door! I know you're there! Come on it's COLD!" You said loudly

You knocked again "Open the door~" You sang

You heard the door unlock and the door opened slowly "Jonghyun-oppa?" You peaked

His face came into the light and he had a bloody lip and a bruised eye. You rushed towards him "What happened?" You asked worriedly checking his face. He didn't answer. "Jonghyun-ah, what happened? Tell me."

He turned away from you. "Fine, then I'm leaving." You turned around headed out 

"Wait..." He said quietly

You paused and turned back "So?"

Jonghyun sat alone in the cafeteria eating his lunch as usual. After he ate, he left to go to his locker and go to the library. He would eat in the library if he could, but the library doesn't allow food or drinks.

"Look it's the geek, and he's not with _____!" Minho chuckled to his friends. Minho headed towards Jonghyun "So nerd, where's your hot body gaurd?"

Jonghyun looked at Minho for a second and looked away.

"Yah, I'm talking to you." Minho didn't like it when people didn't acknowledge him

Jonghyun sighed. He didn't to get into anything with Minho "She's busy working with Key on the biology project." 

His friends gethered around Jonghyun "What's her deal? How come she's rejected me so many times?" Minho asked

"She doesn't like jerks like you." Jonghyun shut his locker pushing through him and his friends.

Minho put his arm around Jonghyun's shoulder "I know we don't get along, but hook me up with her! She has a y figure and I would --"

Jonghyun shoved Minho's arm off his shoulder. He didn't want to hear the end of what Minho was going to say. He doesn't like it when guys talked about you in an inappropriate way. "You have no chance with her, you better just stay away from her." Jonghyun shoved Minho 

"Why would you do that?" You asked

Jonghyun shrugged his shoulders "I want to be able to stick up for you and protect you, like what you do for me. I hate when guys talk about you like that."

You hit him arm lightly "Still you shouldn't have done that." He rubbed his arm "Look at what happened to you..." He lowered his head, and you pulled him into a hug "But gomawo"
