Kashiwagi Tetsuya, a man full of scientific experiments, has created something that could've changed the course of humanity but left it in shatters. All that there's left is survivors of the project that might've made humanity extinct, including his own daughter.

His idea of a realistic world is where everyone is free of illness, yet it was only made worse.

Watanabe Mayu and Watanabe Miyuki, two siblings, plan to rid the world of members of the Project who plan to use their powers for evil, without using their own in full force. But they need to recruit people who have experienced the same as them, including the creators daughter, that will be tricky as her memory of the project has been completely wiped.

As for Kashiwagi Yuki, Kashiwagi Tetsuya's daughter and the last subject of Project S.P.A.C.E, she's currently living her life like a normal person yet later on a shocking revelation leaves her in a state of depression, making her want to kill her own father.

Many allies will be encountered and the Project will be destroyed once and for all.
