Himchan has always been sensitive about the topic on weight. He knows himself that he gains weight easily, hence he tries his best to maintain his weight despite having to diet and exercise (which he hates). When he injures himself before One-Shot promotions, it's devastating to everyone since they all worked really hard for this comeback and BABYs were anticipating. However, Himchan sees this in a more positive light and takes this chance to rest and improve himself.
