Ah, the Twenties. The Roaring Twenties, how people used to call them.
It was the Best short description of specific atmosphere of this decade. I could say, my life was also ‘roaring’ at this time. I was young and beautiful, the world was open to me for exploring. At this time I had work in well known French perfume company (which exist till today and is the best on the globe) and I was simply going up my career ladder.
I had fame, money and those looks of enviousness always leading me.
But there was one thing which I couldn’t get with those large amounts of money. That one thing people never accused me to be lacking of.
I was lonely.
So very lonely.
