Hakyeon and you have been friends since you were little. You went to kindergarten together and even to the same primary school and when you both started at a different secondary school, you still spoke to each other nearly every day. Not to mention his and your parents got along very well.
As years passed by, you and him had drifted apart slightly and started talking and seeing each other less and less because you simply didn’t have much time anymore. It seemed that the both of you went different ways. You just started your first year Psychology at university and you had so much going on.
Deep down, your heart ached because even though you hardly spoke anymore, you still thought about him every day. But did he also think of you?
Foreword
Today was Friday and the last day of your first week. You felt kind of nervous, as neuropsychology was the only subject that you haven’t had this week and you didn’t really know anyone there. You entered the auditorium and swallowed, before finding a seat on the 10th row.
“Well hello you” you heard a friendly voice say. A smile appeared on your face as you could recognise his voice immediately. You looked next to you, only to be greeted by a kind pair of familiar, dark brown eyes. “Hakyeon! Oh God! I’m so happy to finally see you again!” you yelled before giving him the biggest hug ever. “The one and only” he chuckled. “You don’t know how happy I am to see you too” he added, giving you one of his bright smiles.
Looking at him like that, you realised that he has even got more handsome over the years...
You suddenly felt something bubble up in your stomach, like you were going to be sick but not. Oh . You knew this feeling way too well and it couldn't happen right now. "Not today. Not ever. Of all people, not with him" you thought.
