Hello everyone. My name is Reiya! This is my first fanfic so I ask you all to please be patient with me. >< I'm fairly new at this but recently got motivation to write because of my cousins Yumix3 and Tashiix3. Some of you may or may not know them but they are very talented writed here on AFF. Anyways, hope you all give this a chance. :)

The Legend:
Long ago, a Dog Spirit was hunting in the forest one day. As he was hunting, he came across an unfamiliar scent. Curious, he seeked out the scent, leading him to a mysterious and beautiful fox. The Dog Spirit was bewitched by the fox's beauty and fell in love with her.
Taking advantage of the Dog Spirits feelings, the fox agreed to become his mate. However, he must wait a hundred days before then. Excited, the spirit kept his promise unaware of the fox's true intentions. Then on the 100th day, the spirit went to meet the fox at his temple. Upon arriving at his chambers, the fox demanded him to show her his human form.
Confused but still excited, he agreed and changed into his human form. The fox did the same and smirked. The Dog Spirit was left in awe of her beauty and let his guard down. This was exactly what the fox wanted. She concealed a magic dagger behind her back as she walked toward him. "My Dearest, allow me to give you an early wedding present."
Before the great spirit could respond, the fox stabbed the dagger into his abdomen. His eyes widened as his he felt his body being drained of his power. "Why...?" He gasped as he stared into the eyes of his "lover".
The fox leaned in closly and whispered into his ear, "Your power will soon be mine. You cannot be killed now but one day I'll be back and I will have your life. For now, I will take your spiritual power."
Soon, the Dog Spirit's power was drained from his body and trapped inside the fox's Lotus pendant. He glared at the jewel and growled. "You tricked me...you betrayed me..."
The Dog Spirit's eyes glowed red, something the fox had never seen before nor anticipated. Sensing the unusual demonic aura coming from the spirit, she quickly sealed him, turning him into a simple dog statue. Feeling triumphant, she grasped onto her pendant and ran away into the night with the Dog Spirit's spiritual power, leaving the poor spirit sealed in his chambers for all eternity.
Foreword
500 years have passed since the Great Dog Spirit was sealed in his chambers...but what happens when Dara, an average teenager, accidentally frees the Dog Spirit from his seal? Confused and afraid, Dara tries to forget about it but it becomes difficult when the lonely Dog begins to follow her around and it seems no matter how hard she tries, he's VERY determined not to go back. And so, a new adventure begins for Dara as she tries to help the spirit blend into her world. Although, the longer he stays, the harder it gets for her to say goodbye.

Characters:
-Dara Park (18): Average teenage girl. She is constantly bullied and picked on by her classmates. She lives with her grandmother and little brother. Works at a diner in town to pay for bills. She always wears a Lotus pendant that was given to her by her late mother on her deathbed. Reawakens Dog Spirit who instantly takes a liking to her and starts to follow her around.
- Jiyong (??): Was once a great Dog Spirit; Guardian of the Forest but was turned into a Half demon when his "beloved" stole his spiritual power, therefore awakening his demonic power. Has cute white fluffy ears ontop his head. After being reawakened, he forgets his memories and starts to follow Dara around.
