A girl, named Jessica, who happens to end up in the same class as Kai, falls in love with him on first sight. However, Kai, being Kai, is one of the popular kids. Kai is mean to Jessica at first, and Jessica hates him at first. But the more you hate, the more you love, right? 

Note: In this story, Exo are not in a band, I'm basically just using their names. Also,  the non-Exo characters in this story are fictional and Exo members may not exactly be nothing like the characters in the story.  

Main Characters

Jessica: The story is written in her POV. She is a 14  year old girl she moved to SM School. (In this story there's no specific meaning in the acronym SM). She is generally an ordinary student, but she loves science, math and English. She is pretty, but she thinks she looks plain. She falls in love with the boy who sits next to her and over the period of 8 years, she suffers from this one sided love. 

Kai: The boy who sits next to Jessica. Generally, he is nice to Jessica, but it's only acts of politeness. As he is smart, athletic, and good looking, he's popular and that means that a lot of the girls follow him around. He seems flirtatious in the eyes of society, but he, himself, doesn't realize. 

Rachel: Jessica's first friend. She's kind, almost too kind, pretty, and chill. She has her mood swings from time to time, otherwise, she's helpful to Jessica. A lot of the boys like her, but she'd prefer to be single because well... you'll find out later. 

The popular kids (Sehun, Kris, and Chen): They are the group of friends Kai hangs out with. All of them are smart, athletic, good looking, and flirtatious. They, along with Kai, are like the F4 of SM School. Wherever the girls are crowded is where they'll be. They're not as much of a snob as one would expect. But they are such a tight group that nobody else can get in... Except one girl...
