This story is the first book to The Moonlight Series, Abbey an ordinary girl has friends with abilities and a crush on a guy named Pete, anyway Abbey finds out that her family has had power since the 1870's and discovers that she has an ability to heal people but thats extremily dangerous and she can control the element of water. A random guy comes up to her and sends her to the past when her family's power was stolen, taken from them, Abbey gets kidnapped and so does a girl named Sharai they both have to find a way out before they get eaten by hungry vampires, but when two friends come back to the past to save her I wonder which one dies in the process.
