This is my first fanfic. I have always wanted to write a fanfic about love but I never got around to it because I felt I lacked the skill to do it, I felt I was being too arrogant and presumptuous about love since I have never been in love nor have I ever been in a relationship, and I was too shy to ever show my work to anybody for scrutiny and inputs. I think that one of the biggest hurdles I have to my fanfic writing is that I am used to writing essays, hence the lack of dialogue in this fanfic. It is such a challenge for me to incorporate dialogues in my writing, it feels so unnatural to me but I hope to overcome that and write a better version of this or another story, once I get the hang of fanfic writing. I honestly need a lot of help with learning how to write stories especially things regarding the build up of a plot and incorporating dialogues. If you guys, can gimme pointers about this, I would really appreciate it. Thank you so much for sparing some of your time to read this short songfic.
