Not very skilled with weapons, but is very good in martial arts. Can do anything he puts his mind to. Works for the FBI. Very stubborn. Hates arguing over meaningless things. Hates you a lot too. Can't stand you always popping up wherever he is.

CIA:
Acronym: Community of Intelligent 'Artists'
The reason why it is 'Artists' instead of 'Assisstants' is because the agency has to make sure to hide it's true identity. Not just any student is allowed in to be a trainee to become the top spies. Every student in the academy is specifically chosen for training and specially given a certain kind of training. Every one student is treated to meet their needs. You are their TOP spy. A co-ed school.

FBI:
Acronym: Fighting Boys' International
This agency is only for boys, with the ideal that boys are better than girls. The CEOs and "education" board only accept guys into their agency. Every guy trains hard to become the top spy of the agency and get awards. FBI is publicly known, unlike CIA. The boys of FBI are all raised and train to have the confidence of a lion. L.Joe is their TOP spy.
