Catch Me
Description
All Amber Liu knew when her parents told her that she's going back to South Korea is that she's going to enroll in one of the most prestigious art schools in the country, finish her studies and hopefully go back to America where her life basically is.
She already expected to have friends, enemies, and a lot of unforgettable memories during her stay, but never did she imagine that she would find love along the way.
Man, fate really does have something up its sleeve for a boyish girl and an effiminate dude.
Choi Jinri. Does that name ring a bell?
Well, if the image of a girl with a pretty face and a cute eyesmile popped into your head then you definitely got it right! Being an actress is her passion, and the fact that she starred in a few minor roles in some movies before only fueled her desire to act, so against her parent's wishes to enroll her in another school, she traveled to Seoul to study in the school she's wanted to enroll herself in since forever.
She knows she can't escape her parents forever, but there's another thing grabbing at her heels. Will she be able to escape from this intricate web of emotion you call love? Or will she let herself fall for what was supposed to be her first love - that cute, dancing machine and bassist of the school's most famous band?
If you didn't know the definition of heartbreak and humiliation, well, ask Jung Soo Jung.
She's been deemed the Ice Princess by her schoolmates but ever since she met Choi Jinri and Choi Minho, the icy barrier she built began to shatter. Everything's going off fine, but ever since her growing feelings for a certain, froggy-eyed guy began to bloom, everything's falling apart once again.
But a few years later, when she learns that she will see Choi Minho again since they're in the same school, will the Ice Princess's already cold heart melt again by the Flaming Charisma's fire or will it continue to grow colder? Can she ever forgive him?
Park Sun Young's got an amazing voice, deemed the Golden Voice by her peers.
One thing is lacking her singing though; emotion. She knows she has the weakest voice in her family, and she couldn't help but feel so inferior and insecure. But then Mr. Playboy comes around the corner and with his charms, tried to hook her up, too, but Sun Young knew better than to meddle with him. But wait, Mr. Playboy, Kim Jonghyun, has another reputation; for having what might be the best vocals in his school yet. And with him creeping into her life ever so slowly, will he be able to teach her how to incorporate her feelings into her singing, and to love as well?
Song Qian. Student Council Vice President. Top 2 in her class. And a point away from being at the top.
Notice anything similar? Yep, she's always the second, compared to Student Council President and Top 1, Lee Jinki, her nemesis. Ever since middle school, she was known to excel in everything, but if there's one person she can't beat, it's this clumsy but kind-hearted band leader. She doesn't even know when or how it started, but it had been her lifelong goal to unseat him from his throne, at least once. Qian was too focused on beating him externally that she didn't notice that she already bested him. She was already the number 1 in his heart.
"I have a good feeling that we're all gonna have a blast this year."
