- The doorbell of Gin's house rings and Gin opens the door-

Haruhi- Yo, you ready to go somewhere for your birthday.

-Gin remembers Haruhi moving on the 26th and he says straight out plainly-

Gin- Your house.

Haruhi- Okay! Wh- What?

Gin- Your house.

Haruhi- Ok I guess... well lets go then.

Gin- Ok.

Haruhi Thinking- Hmm..he's acting strange today.

- They get to her house and she opens the door-

Haruhi- I'm back.

Sakura- Your back so soon.....ah Gin you're here too(laughs)

Gin- Yes.

-Gin see's almost everything packed up in the house-

Hiro- Well come in, come in.

Gin- Thankyou.

Haruhi-Well then, we'll be upstairs. Lets go Gin.

Gin- Yeah.

- They get to Haruhi's room and Haruhi sits with the chair backwards while Gin sits on her bed-

Haruhi- So...

Gin- Yeah I know you're moving in 3 days.

Haruhi- I didn't mean to keep it away from you ah..well.

Gin- It's ok.

Haruhi- And...huh..it's ok?

Gin- Yeah.

Haruhi-Ok then, what do you wnat to do.

Gin- Draw a picture of me.

Haruhi- Uh...ok(smiles)

Gin Thinking- This way I can look at you all day.

- The time was already 7:43-

Haruhi- (exhausted) Ha! Finally done!

Gin- Let me see...whoa, you're an amazing artist.

Haruhi- Really..thanks (smiles)

Gin- Come to my house tomorrow for your birthday please.

Haruhi- Ok, I'll come.

- The next day Haruhi goes to Gin's house and Kakashi opens the door-

Kakashi- Come on in Haruhi.(smiles)

Haruhi- Thank you. (smiles)

- She comes and sits down in the living room and Suzuki is also sitting there-

Suzuki- I'm only being nice today since it's your birthday.

Haruhi-(chuckles) Ok Suzuki, Thank you.

-Haruhi's present was to have the best birthday ever with her best friend. They ate a lot of food and celebrated a lot, and Haruhi got to drink with Kakashi..well not alcohol but sparkling juice and othe drinks. She had lots of fun that day and Suzuki actually gave Haruhi a real smile and laughed with her-

Haruhi- Hah.. today was fun, see you tomorrow.

Gin- Yeah goodnight-

Haruhi- Night.

-Chritsmas their last day together, Haruhi and Gin go to the main street around 4:00 pm-

Haruhi- Lets go to the arcade until night falls and the main street lights up.

Gin-(smiles) Ok.

-8:00 pm-

Haruhi- Ok lets go it's 8:00.(smiles)

Gin- Yeah.

- They get to the main street and stand because everyine else took all the seats available-

Gin- Here open yours first since I did 2 years ago.

Haruhi- Ok.

-She opens the small box-

Haruhi- (smiles)An ankle bracelet with the first letter of our names on it, Thank you.!

-The ankle bracelet was a gold chained color with "G&H"-

Gin-(smiles) Where's my present? Don't tell me you forgot?

Haruhi- No. My present to you is our very first friend hug.(smiles)

Gin-(surprised) Huh?

-Haruhi goes up to Gin and hugs him-

Gin Thinkning- Let go before I do something I never meant to do.

Haruhi-Hm...your heart is beating so fast.

Gin-(low voice) Really?...

Haruhi Thinking- What the....Gin's voice sounds weird.

- The atmosphere becomes soundless and Gin gently pushes her away and gets closer to her and puts one hand on her cheek and lips and gets closer and closer and with his other hand he wraps it around Haruhi and slowly kisses her soft lips. Haruhi almost closes her eyes too, but then pushes Gin away and the soundless moment goes away-

Haruhi-(blushes) Sorry, I'm leaving first.

Gin- Wait!

-Gin reaches out his hand and barely gets ahold of her hand but it slips and Haruhi runs as fast as she can back to her house, once she got home, she goes up to her room-

Sakura- Your ho- Haruhi?

- Haruhi in her room laying on her bed-

Haruhi- Gin is such an idiot why did he do that, he's with Yuki.(blushes) But why is he the one giving me my first kiss?

- A little later Gin gets home-

Kakashi- You're home, how was today?

Gin- (depressed)Nothing much, I wanna be alone for awhile.

Kakashi- Ok.

-The next day Haruhi and her family drives away to the country side-

Haruhi Thinking- Goodbye Tokyo.

-Gin comes out a little later and sees the other family moving in-

Gin-*sigh* She's gone.

- Mean while inside Haruhi's old house-

Hinata- Mama can I have this room.

-Hinata, the only daughter and child of the new family moving in picks Haruhi's room-

Mom- Ok.

-At the sametime Gin goes and greets them-

Gin- (smiles) Goodmorning, I'm Kurosaki Gin, I live one house away right over there.

-He points to his house-

Hinata's dad- Oh(smiles) Nice to meet you I'm Kagami Tetsu.

-Hinata goes into her new room and finds a sketch book and looks throughh it, then goes outside to show her Dad-

Hinata- Papa look what I found, pictures. Look at this handsome boy.

- She then looks at Gin-

Hinata-(smiles) Ah ha! You're the boy in here.

Gin-(confused) Huh? Let me see.

-Hinata hands him the sketch book.-

Gin Thinking- So, she left this behind.

Hinata- You can have it.

Gin- Really?

Hinata- Yeah.(smiles)

Gin-(smiles) What's your name?

Hinata- I am Kagami Hinata, I'm in 3rd grade.

Gin- Really. Nice to meet you. I'm Gin, You can call me Gin nii-chan ok.

Hinata- Ok nice to meet you too Gin nii-chan.

-Hinata would always come over to Gin's house because her parents were always on family trips so, Gin said that she can stay at his place until they return and the years fly by-
