‘The one that got away’

Sulli has to find a job, she need this. Her parents salary isn’t enough for everyday life plus she still has 2 younger brothers  who need a lot expense. She has to sacrifice, she want to go to the college, but seeing her parents suffer makes her confine her intention to go to college. For Sulli her family is everything. Both her dad and mom only an elementary school’s employee.

Yoogeun, Sulli’s younger brother who still at his 7th age is still playing with his friends. Yoogeun loves to play football so much. Meanwhile, the Youngest, Sanee is sleeping soundly.

“Yoogeun~a,” Sulli is waving at Yoogeun, so he will notice that she calls him.

Yoogeun leave his friends and then approaching Sulli. “Yes, noona?”

“Please take care of Sanee, mom and dad aren’t at home yet. Noona has to go somewhere. It wont take a long time. Would you do this favor for Noona?”

Yoogeun nodded in agreement. “On my command miss.” Said Yoogeun cutely while giving salute to Sulli. Sulli ruffles Yoogeun’s hair. Noona should make you happy.

Sulli bought a newspaper and tried to find a job she gets interested in. Her eyes is directly see the Job vacancy in “Issue today” the salary is pretty much, its enough to make Yoogeun and Sanee go on their studies. Issue today is dispatch big rival, they were known to reveal a lot of idol dating or a scandal. Sulli seems not to comfort with this job, but again she need to do this for her parents.

Somehow reporter’s job is scary because sometime you are being a stalker to invade someone’s privacy. That make Sulli giddy. Sulli massaging her head. Does she need to take this? Being a reporter is way worse than being an idol, you get het by both the idol themselves and their fans. Or somehow get scold by their agencies. Sulli remember one of the most famous reporter in South Korea, Yoo In Na, she was found dead on her apartment and police see it as a murdered. Yoo In na was once work in Dispatch.

She is so fast about gaining information. They said she has that eagle instinct. Poor her, she has to end her life like that. But Sulli also a risk taker, she thinks every job has their own risk, so she need to take this no matter what.

Sulli looks at the other job vacancy, its at a model agencies. She has swore to herself that she wont be a model or anything related for a job like this. It just bring her bad memories in the past. Sulli is looking for her bb cream and lipstick inside her bag. She just put it a bit, she doesn’t like it if her face has too much make up on.

“Assa, Fighting Sulli!” said Sulli tried to encourage herself.

Sulli looks as tidy as possible. When she entered “Issue Today” building all eyes were on her. this curse is still happening. Sulli doesn’t know what’s wrong her. People said that she born with a power to attract people even without trying, but for Sulli this is more like a curse. She tried her best to ignore it and walk approaching the receptionist.

Sulli was about to speak out, when the receptionist precede her.

“I am sorry miss, this is not model agencies, i think you come to the wrong office.”

Sulli tried to hold her sigh.

“Excuse me miss, i think i come to the right office because i want to apply as a reporter here not a model.” Sulli smile sweetly.

The receptionist gulped and said sorry to her. Then the receptionist lead her way to the HRD office. It was indeed a luxury office they have. The HRD office has a nice interior, it has a big window with Seoul’s view, its full of their record on the wall. Issue today and Dispatch always chasing each other in found out a new issue. Inside the room, sits an ahjusshi who seems like at his fifties.

“I’ll leave you here.” Said the receptionist.

“Annyeonghaseyo.” Said Sulli n take a bow.

The Ahjusshi take a notice at Sulli’s now after busy looking for his own document.

“Oh yes, please take a seat. May i help you with?” the Ahjusshi looks nice.

“Let me introduce my self, my name is Choi Sulli. I have just found out a job vacancy as a reporter here in the Issue today, and i applied.” Sulli gives her document to the Ahjusshi. The Ahjusshi open up his document and frowning.

“You’re just an high school graduate?” asked the ahjusshi without looking at Sulli. “Yes,” Sulli nodded.

“What can i get from a high school graduate? What can you promise  me?”

“I may young, and this may be a big promise but i am confident i will give my best and be the next Yoo In Na.”

“Don’t u scared if you get murdered like her?”

“I wont, every job has their own risk. I am a risk taker, i am not afraid of anything. You can trust me, If you accept me Issue today will won a lot of award and topping dispatch.”

The Ahjusshi raise his one eyebrows. “I get an awe, you look like an orator. And your word seems promising. I accept you immediately.”

Wow, this easy? Sulli thought.

“There are a lot of applicant came yesterday, and i reject all of them. They were so nervous and their words is so scripted. But here you get my interest, you seem bold and full of confidence. I need to have a worker like you. But remember one wrong move, your salary will be cutted a half.”

He is so strict.

“Yes, sir. Thank you so much for accepting me. I wont disappoint you.”

“You may leave now and start your job tomorrow.”

“Thank you so much.” Said Sulli and bowing.

Minho has just finished his rehearsal for Hot music wave. SHINee has to colaborate with Miss A this time. Minho is the happiest man. He gets the chance to get in one stage with her belfoed girlfriend Suzy. Minho was resting and massaging his neck when Suzy appears and bring him water.

“Here, drink this you must be tired.” Said Suzy.

               Minho smiling, he has one of the most caring girlfriend ever plus she is pretty and has nice body. Everything about Suzy is perfect in Minho’s eyes. They had been dating for 6 months and they had done perfectly for hiding their relationship from media. Suzy massaging Minho’s neck.

“You must be tired Oppa. You need to take a rest after this.”

“You are so caring Suzy, that’s why i love you.” Suzy smiling.

Suzy lean her head on Minho’s shoulder n clasp her hand with Minho’s.

“How i wish we were just an ordinary human, not an idol. So we can go out freely.” Said Suzy.

“I hate the paparazzi who always stalk us, like why they really want to interfere with someone’s life. For heaven sake, that’s hella annoying.” Added Suzy.

Minho kiss Suzy’s forehead. “Don’t worry baby. Its already our fate, probably i wont meet you if we are not an idol. I promise to always protect you and our relationship for media.”

“You’re so reliable. I love you.” Said Suzy.

“I love you too.”

I wont ever give Minho to another girl, i wont be end up like the past did to me. Minho is mine, no girl allowed to get in touch with him, thought Suzy.
