Gone for Good

Gone for Good

Kyungsoo entered the house and was surprised to see a Kai-free couch. The house was silent, too, so that means that Kai isn't cooking. Kyungsoo dropped his bag on the couch as he wiped the curtains off the kitchen's entrance. The kitchen was silent, too. And there isn't no Kai.

“Kai?” Kyungsoo said, as he knocked on the bathroom's door. No response. He headed to their room, but before he could even open the door, he froze.

There were moans and groans coming from the room. He even heard Kai cursing and saying “Krystal”. Kyungsoo's heart clenched. Kai was too busy riding out his with another girl to even prepare something to eat for Kyungsoo. The older walked down the stairs and got out of the house. Winter breeze brushed against his skin, and it made him feel cold - but he doesn't care. He sat on the bench in front of their house as he hugged his knees. He felt numb from the cold and the pain.

“Thanks, Krystal. That was amazing and -” Kai froze. He saw Kyungsoo sulking on the bench. “,” he said, barely above a whisper.

Krystal raised her eyebrow at Kai, confusion evident in her face. “What were you saying?” she muttered as she held Kai's hand. “Nevermind, until next time?”

Kai glared at Krystal as he cursed under his breathe. “There's no more next time, Krystal. Stay away from me.”

The girl giggled as she wrapped her arms around an occupied Kai, which is looking at Kyungsoo. “Stop that, you are so cute. I'll see you next time, babe. And oh, don't worry, that guy on your lawn, I saw him at school. He's nice, no need to be so worried,” Krystal said as she kissed Kai's lips. “Bye, babe.”

“Get out of my sight, ,” Kai snapped at Krystal as he ran and sat beside Kyungsoo. “Soo?”

“Kai,” Kyungsoo said as he looked at Kai's messy hair. He indeed had a pretty good session.

“Are you angry at me?” Kai said, worried. Kyungsoo decided that he will play it off and will make Kai believe that he knew nothing. Even thought he was hurt. He wanted to know the real Kim Jongin.

“No,” Kyungsoo smiled. Kai sighed as he stood up. “Is there a reason for me to get angry at you?”

“N-no!” Kai stuttered. “I mean, no, there's no such reasons.”

“Right,” Kyungsoo said as he stood up. He arranged his hair as he looked at a tensed Kai. “Have you prepared anything for me?”

“No, sorry, I was... Uhm... Busy,” Kai said, biting his bottom lip. Kyungsoo raised an eyebrow at the younger. Kai was feeling nervous as Kyungsoo smirked in his mind.

'Let the games begin, Kim Jongin.' Kyungsoo thought as he clung to Kai's arm.

“Why?” Kyungsoo asked as he pulled Kai inside the house. “What were you doing?”

“Oh, uhm, some... paperworks,” Kai said as he slammed the door shut. Kyungsoo slumped on the couch as Kai sat beside him. The younger pulled Kyungsoo for a hug, the latter's face buried on Kai's neck. He sniffed on Kai's manly perfume, but the smell of had lingered him. He pulled out of the younger's neck as he raised an eyebrow.

“Your neck smells like Chanel No. 5,” Kyungsoo said. Chanel No. 5 was an unbearable perfume for Kyungsoo. He hated that smell. And that's another reason why he hated Krystal. The girl smelled of that perfume.

“Really? My classmate sprayed me some,” Kai said as he avoided Kyungsoo's gaze. Kyungsoo knew that he was winning.

“Oh,” Kyungsoo stood up and headed to the kitchen. He wore his apron and flicked the light switch. “What do you want for dinner, Kai? I'm sure you're tired.”

Kai's eyes widened at Kyungsoo's sentence. 'I'm sure you're tired.' He wouldn't know he had with Krystal, right? He stood up and saw Kyungsoo checking out the fridge's remains.

He walked towards the older and back hugged him. Kyungsoo sighed as Kai's breathe hit the back of his neck while he spoke, “Not too tired for a session, hyung.”

Kyungsoo winced at Kai's remark. He closed the fridge's door as he removed Kai's arms around his waist. “But, I am tired, Kai.”

Kai gave Kyungsoo a questioning look as the latter turned his back on Kai. He had started cooking as Kai sat down on one of the chairs. Kai's fingers were intertwined as he bit his lip. He stopped himself from asking such a stupid question but his mouth had decided for him. “You're angry, aren't you?”

Kyungsoo turned around and smiled at Kai. The younger looked at Kyungsoo as the latter spoke. “I am not.”

“Then why are you saying no to a session?” Kai said as he stood up and walked in front of Kyungsoo. He had towered over the older as Kyungsoo rolled his eyes.

“Oh my God, I'm just tired and hungry!” Kyungsoo said as he turned his back on Kai once more. He continued stirring the soup as he felt the velvety feeling of Kai's lips against the back of his neck. He bit his bottom lip to stop himself from ; he wouldn't give in.

“Hyung... I know you're longing for me...” Kai said in his deep, husky voice as he grinded against Kyungsoo's . The feeling sent tingling sensations running on their veins but Kyungsoo didn't care. He wouldn't, from now on.

“Will you ing stop?!” Kyungsoo shrieked. He turned the stove off as he faced Kai. “Just stop! Is that what you think of me?”

Kai stared at Kyungsoo's teary eyes as he bit his lip. “No,” Kai said, his voice barely above a whisper.

“Am I just a past time to you, Kim Jongin? That when the feeling of Krystal's hole isn't enveloping your , you would succumb and go to me and beg me for something like that?! My God, Kai. I may not look like it, but I am so much more than that!” Kyungsoo said as he clenched his fists.

Kai's jaw dropped. He had realized that all this time, Kyungsoo knew that he had been nailing Krystal? Damn.

“No, hyung. I-no-explain-” he was lost for words. Tears started to form on his eyes as he held Kyungsoo's arm. The older shook his arm away from the tanned boy's grasp.

“I'm tired of being just a past time, Kai! I'm done with YOU,” Kyungsoo's words were too painful. They went straight to Kai's heart and made him feel worthless. He sighed as he shut his eyes closed. “I'm out, Kai.”

Kyungsoo got out of the kitchen and was now packing. Kai sat on the kitchen's corner and cried and sulked. As he heard the sound of baggages smashing against the stairs, he ran outside. “Hyung! Don't leave me, please,” Kai said in between sobs. Kyungsoo stared at the guy in front of him. It was painful to see the love of his life crying in front of him, but Kyungsoo told and reminded himself that Kai deserved it.

“Get up, Kai.” Kai was kneeling in front of Kyungsoo who was now on the verge of tears. Kai did what was told, and as soon as he was up on his feet, Kyungsoo threw his arm around the younger's neck as he gave him a peck on the lips. “Bye.”

Kyungsoo walked outside, to the garage, and pulled his car out of the driveway.

Kyungsoo did not hesitate.

Because Kai didn't chased him for him to come back
