I looked over at him lying amongst the rubble. The morning light coming through the walls of the old abandoned house illuminated his beautiful face. He looked so fragile now compared to the night before when he had tried fighting off all those guys. I felt guilty that I had dragged him into one of my nightmares and wondered if we would ever escape.
