Chapter 1: A bit confusing but i guess i know?

So hoseok married to taehyung but hoseok was sick and somehow they have to divorce and taehyung was forcing hoseok to sign the divorce paper? But hoseok dont want it so taehyung takes off the ring and hoseok mad,he bring taehyung with him to die together but taehyung is breathing when he's in coma. Then after hoseok having amnesia,taehyung left? Am i right?
