Description
Lee Soo Yeon, the daughter of the biggest company in the city, has always been given what she wanted. All the latest unnecessary fashion and gadgets; even a pet dog when she asked for one. She’s got the money AND the brains AND the looks. Who wouldn’t want to be her, or at the very least, be like her? But no one knows the hardships that she goes through every day; the mental battles she’s been fighting her whole life. All the high expectations and goals she’s expected to fulfil; the trophies and medals she’s expected to receive. Her parents don’t understand what’s wrong when they find her curled in a ball in her room, crying silently. They blame her friends and take her on long vacations to “relieve the stress” but it makes everything worse. When she finally breaks down inside, who will help her pick up the broken pieces?

THE GIRL: LEE SOOYEON {18}
Once upon a time, Lee Sooyeon had been a cheerful little girl with a bubbly personality who loved to socialize with others. But that version of her long since disappeared, replaced with a miserable, closed-up girl who hated talking to strangers. She was popular, pretty and rich. Why was she so unhappy all the time? She was particularly close with one of her friends; Choi Sun Hee. Sooyeon's parents tried to keep her away from Sunhee as much as possible since they thought that she was a bad influence on her. Thus, Sooyeon had a sad and boring life without her best friends.
THE BOY: KIM JONGIN (KAI) {18}
Kim Jongin was once the biggest prankster of his group of friends, along with Kim Jongdae. But after that accident, he completely changed. He became cold-hearted and merciless and never even cracked a single joke. He never laughed or smiled. It was like he had completely shut down. He missed Jiyoung. He wanted to be with her. He wanted to end his life . He attempted suicide but his friends always managed to save him. He thought life was meaningless until he met a girl named Lee Soo Yeon who turned his world upside down.
SIDE CHARACTERS
CHOI SUN HEE {18}
Lee Soo Yeon's best friend. She gets most of the attention and often feels sorry for Sooyeon because her parents are strict and don't let her do most things that she wants. Sunhee's father let's her do anything she wants because since she doesn't have a mother and her sister died. She is well known around the school for her uncaring attitue towards schoolwork even though she aces all the tests but she is caring and worrisome on the inside.
KANG SO EUN
Kang So Eun is in an arranged engagement with Kim Jongin. She is rather bratty and always persists for what she wants, in this case, Jongin. She is a model in her parents company and is popular in school for her looks and wealth. She has no real friends because of her rude attitude and the way she mistreats the lower class students.
