“Yah!” Yoongi shouted at the younger with an annoyed face. “If I’m your barista, you should pay me for making you a cup of black coffee every single day, Kim Namjoon!”

Here came again the grumpy Min Yoongi but Namjoon thought it was funny to see the grumpy Yoongi acted like this today. He just loved to tease the elder so much.

“Yoongi, I will pay you, really.” Namjoon said sleepily. He really needed Yoongi’s black coffee right now. “But not with money and I’m sure you will like it.”

The barista huffed childishly at Namjoon’s statement. “Okay okay, I will make you a cup of your favorite black coffee, Kim Namjoon.”

“Thank you, Yoongi. You’re the best” he flashed a smile and ruffled Yoongi’s fluffy bed hair then headed to the bathroom, leaving the flushed barista alone in his bedroom.

Yoongi cleared his throat awkwardly as he felt a weird feelings inside his tummy. He was sure that he start to fall for the younger rapper.

“Yoongi, what time when your shift end?”

The barista just showed him a tired smile as he made the last coffee for the day. “In thirty minutes, Namjoon-ah.”

“Yoongi, you look tired. We shouldn’t continue our song today.” Namjoon said. He was worried about the barista a lot. He really wanted to ‘pay’ him, but if Yoongi was tired, he had to postpone the ‘payment’ that he had prepared.

“No, I’m not tired!” Yoongi shook his head in disagreement to Namjoon. No matter how tired he was, he never got tired for music. “Our song is almost done. We have to work it.”

Namjoon tried to say something again, but he decided to shut his mouth up when he noticed Yoongi’s face looked slightly pissed off. “Okay.” He gave up and let Yoongi did what he wanted.

He knew how big Yoongi’s passion for music and he just wanted to see that happy smile formed on the barista’s face when they worked with their music.

“Yay! Finally our song is done!” Yoongi cheered childishly with fists up in the air and Namjoon couldn’t help but laughed at the elder. He looked so cute like that with eye-smiles and gummy smile as he cheered like a kid. “I’m so happy, Namjoon-ah!”

He hugged the rapper unconsciously again and Namjoon stopped laughing all of a sudden. Everything seemed stop when Yoongi hugged him. He thought the time stopped moving for a while.

“Y-Yoongi-yah…” he seemed lost, he didn’t know what to say. He felt so weird. His feelings were mixed between happiness and confusedness.

His face was flushed and so did Yoongi. The elder realized that he hugged Namjoon, he wanted to let go but he couldn’t as his eyes met with Namjoon’s.

“Yoongi-yah…”

Yoongi blinked for a few times before he realized he was still hugging Namjoon. He cleared his throat awkwardly and he let Namjoon free from his sudden hug. His eyes met Namjoon’s again and he felt hot all over his body. He felt nervous. “I-I’m sorry, Namjoon-ah.”

Namjoon didn’t say anything instead he took the elder’s soft hand, pulling him closer to him and they could feel each other’s heartbeat. “I’m sorry.”

The rapper pressed his lips against the barista’s.

“N-Namjoon-ah…” Yoongi tried to back off but Namjoon didn’t let him go. “What are you doing?”

Namjoon simply ignored Yoongi’s question and crashed his lips into Yoongi’s again, kissing him passionately and Yoongi couldn’t help but melt slowly but sure.

“Namjoon-ah…” Yoongi pulled away and mumbled against Namjoon’s lips. His lips tasted like his black coffee and Yoongi liked it. “What are we?”

“People call it lover, Yoongi-yah.”

“I like it, lover.” The barista smiled happily as he fiddled with his own shirt. “Anyway, is this what you call payment earlier?”

“No, it’s a present.” Namjoon said. “The real payment is, we will perform our song In Hongdae together. We will rap together and you’ll be a great rapper, Yoongi.”

Yoongi swore it was the best present and payment in his life. First, Namjoon called him a lover now and he could achieve his dream together with his so called lover.
