Think Ji Ae is a great girl? Well think again. At least that's what everyone from her past would describe her. Ji Ae wants to run away from all the negativity and crap people were giving her. Her solution? Transferring to another school. Will she be able to achieve her goal? Or will her past haunt her again? Maybe she'll discover something more than true friendship throughout the process. 

Her class was just dismissed and she runs. She did not care where she went or how she could get home. She never thought they would react in such a harsh way, especially when they treated her so nicely for half a year and vice versa. Eventually, she reached a park and decided to sit on one of the benches. Then she cried. The incident hurt her a lot since it was the first time something like this has happened. After a few minutes, some guy decides to sit on the bench beside her.

"Hey? Why is a pretty girl like you crying?" Just when she was going to accuse the man as a ert, he handed her a handkerchief. She looked at him and his eyes showed sincerity. 

"Thank you." She whispered, reaching for the object and wiping her tears.

"My day didn't go well too, you know? I just got fired. But it isn't the end of the world right?" He said, smiling. 

She stared at him. He was looking at the trees rather sentimentally. "You have to believe. No matter what happens. The world isn't a cruel place because if it was, there would never be life."

She found the guy strange, giving life advice to a person he barely knew, yet still comforting. Just when she was going to ask for his name, he stood up and patted her head.

"Always remember."
