Winter used to be his favourite season.

He liked everything about it, from the night walks under the falling snow, to the times when he would cuddle under the blanket with her, warming each other up.

Now, he just wanted it to pass quickly. To be done with all of this freezing bull.

She liked everything about it, from the unlimited cups of hot chocolate, to the joyful snowball fights with him, when she would endlessly about how bad his throwing skills were.

After winter, everything would be alright. Everything would go back to normal again. When the snow melted and the trees and flowers came back to life, all of their problems would die down.

Or so they hoped.
