Hello, everyone who is actually spending time to read this. ^^ It's CGI here, wanting to tell you guys something. Because I know that many of our designers are currently on a break or are currently really busy with their own personal lives, I'm planning to maybe just close the shop for a really short period of time. Also, since it has been a really long time since the shop has changed, maybe we can have a new layout of some sort? cx 
Some things that I've been noticing is that when we finish your request, many don't pick them up. Sincerely, I truly really, really understand that we are taking way too long on your requests. We are all very sorry and I apologize on their behalves too. But the thing is, if you are not planning to pick up your requests, please don't place a request in the first place or at least please tell us if you're planning to cancel it. If some of these things keep going on, we might just have to start adding names to our blacklist. Currently right now, we are still being lenient and not blacklisting anyone even if they did something wrong. 
For now, we won't be blacklisting those who did something in the past, but if we do see something in the future, we will do it if it's really necessary. Of course, we would remind you first, but truly, don't treat us as though we don't know anything. We do pay attention to all of our requesters, so if there's a problem or a situation, we would notice. If there are any questions regarding anything, please do ask. We won't yell or scold you at all for asking something. 
Also, because many might've forgotten their requests here already, and the designers don't know whether you still need the poster/graphics, can you guys comment if you still want the poster/whatever in the comment section below? Just say something along the lines of I still want my *insert your request*... 
It would help us a lot more because truly, who would want to put all of their effort and time into doing a graphic for someone, just to be ignored? Exactly who would want their time where they could be doing something else to just go to waste?
Again, I am very sorry to all of those requests that we didn't have time to get to yet. I know that some might've even been like months... 
To all of those who has waited at least a month or a month +, please tell us. DRS and I are planning to give you guys like something as in like an apology gift. We still haven't gotten any ideas yet, but if you do, please also comment that down in the comment section below. Again, this is only an option for those who has been waiting for at least a month+..
