Kai transports s to where he deemed they'll be best hidden: desolate, barren lands in rural China.
All is nearly lost, but there's hope when 6 strangers appear.
They carry the same altered genes, however are poles apart. Their eyes a shade of blood red, coarse in speech and introverted.
No way could they be counterparts to the boys.
Time is running out, it is of the essence.
SMCreate is hot on their heels again, this time determined to wipe out what they have started.
And worse, to reprogramme them to be mindless, killing machines.
Help may just come from the most unlikely allies.

I awoke, desperately gasping for air. It almost seemed like I had been drained of it for hours. I brushed off the dust from my shorts while struggling to stand up and gain balance.
An eerie silence permeated the air.
A blinding light flashed in my eyes, as I plied it open all that greeted me was a ghastly sight:

I took a step closer to the one named "Kris". As I reached my hands towards the glass, it passed through a jelly like wall. A barrier of some sort.
The glass tube was ice cold.
Desolate.
Hopeless.
My thoughts circled round like a spinning tornado, how could he?

I gazed upwards at "Kris", what was his story? What was the story of EXO-M?
Just as my gaze grounded deeper, his eyes flashed open, blood red.
I tumbled backwards, my head banging against the freezing ground.
