„Damn damn damn damn, why didn’t I hit that note... Again!“ Kyuhyun was muttering for the nth time already, not having touched any of the food in his bowl.

„Calm down already, will you?“ Yesung was trying to make the maknae feel better. „You are either a perfectionist and really did miss one note for a tiny bit or you are hearing voices in your head. Because I could swear your singing was as good as it could be. As it always is. And I’m speaking honestly right now.“

„Whatever hyung. I’m going to bed...“ was the only reply Yesung got before Kyuhyun left the room.

„Aish, something is really on his mind, he didn’t even touch the food...“ he sighed to himself.

As Kyuhyun passed Ryeowook and Heechul on the way to his room, he spoke up before neither of them could: „Hyung... Wook... Don’t start. I know I missed that note earlier. I just want to sleep right now. I’ll work harder.“

„Aww, the maknaes together. I never knew maknaes really could look that cute in real life.“ Heejun said before Kyuhyun could exit the hallway, „Sorry, I never meant to call you cute. But I can’t control what I say, can I? Anyway, I’m glad to have met you two the first,“ he smiled sheepishly.

Kyuhyun turned right around and looked at Heechul(?), then at Ryeowook, only to find the same sort of shocked expression on Ryeowook’s face. Then he looked back at the older man.

„...hyung?“ he eyed the man carefully. Had Heechul inhaled a poisonous gas or what, that made him talk weird like that? And why was he in the hallway with Ryeowook? Hadn’t he seen him in the living room just mere moments ago?

Having seen the confusion on the maknae’s face Heejun spoke again: „ Right. Forgot that part. Hello Kyuhyun, my name is Kim Heejun and I am Heechul’s twin brother. I just met Ryeowook a minute ago, too.“

A laughter escaped Kyuhyun’s mouth as he muttered out loudly: „I must be dreaming right now.“ And he pinched himself, hard. „Ow ow ow ow!“

Yes, the oddly smiling...Heechul... and Ryeowook were still there.

„Okay wait wait wait. If you’re not Heechul... And I’m not dreaming - then... Oh. My. God.“ Kyuhyun was left speechless as he covered his mouth in an absolutely schocked expression.

And just as the moment couldn’t seem to get any weirder, right then a voice shouted: „Kyuhyun-ah! I deny you going to bed! Come and play Starcraft with me!“

Great. Heechul. Why would he want to play Starcraft at this late hour, when they were especially exhausted?

„Kyuhyun-ah!!“ could be heard again and louder.

Kyuhyun shouted back after making sure he still had the ability to talk: „Ah, hyung, stop ordering me around! Wait a moment!“

„That must be my brother. Aish, where are his manners? I never thought he could be that bossy around you guys,“ Heejun said. But even as he said that, an approving smirk formed  on his face.

And both Kyuhyun and Ryeowook noticed that.

I abandoned this story mainly because of a major writer's block, but I must say I'm really surprised to see new subscribers and comments on this story every once in a while.
