I'm sorry for those of you who haven't had a chance to read it yet, or were in the middle of reading, but I'm not bringing it back.

You can send me as many messages as you want complaining about how "but people save fanfics all the time" or "people always download copies for themselves."  "everyone does this." I don't care what people always do, or what "everyone does", I don't want it to be done to my story.

I'm fed up with people imposing, stealing copying and taking this story away from me. 

I'm fed up with people translating without permission. I gave a select few permission to translate WITH THE PROMISE that they would return and give me a link to the work but since March not a single person has sent it to me and I've found this fic in too many languages I didn't agree to.

I'm fed up with those of you who think it's okay to copy and paste and spread my story around the internet for download among each other without my permission. On that note, I'm fed up with those of you sneaking into the source code to steal it because making it so you can't highlight doesn't get the message across enough apparently that I don't want you to take it. 

I'm fed up with the weekly floods of long messages on tumblr with 1000+ words of rude critiques of my story with lists of everything I've done wrong with every chapter and what I should do and where all my mistakes are despite not being asked to. (This is not everyone, of course.) I'm fed up with messages I get whining that it's not a ing . I'm so sorry some of you can't handle a story unless everyone is gay to fulfill your fantasies, because there isn't enough of that on AFF, right? I'm fed up with nonsense like "You're so ing biased with your story!!" No , I wrote this story for ME not for YOU. I'm tired of deleting offensive ask.fms every morning and sifting through tumblr messages to find the ones that are nice or genuinely constructive.

I'm just tired of it all. This fandom can be ridiculously self-entitled. 

A lot of you respected this story and I appreciate that, but after 6 months of all the hard work my beta and I devoted to this and all the that just comes with it every week has just pushed me to this.

I'm deleting the hunhan fic as well and possibly the artblog.

Sorry for those of you who are respectful, mature and honest and were very kind to me.

I wanted to go a step above and do a lot more with this story but now that copies have been taken of this draft/version and spread on the internet, there's no point. I'm deleting before it gets even more out of hand.

Gotta say that even if I know there's little to no possibility of this story coming back, I still keep on coming back just to see if the author did turn out deciding to publish the story as a book. I'm glad I managed to read the last chapter of the story although just barely so with only a few hours before it was deleted. I hope that wherever you and your beta are, you guys are safe during this pandemic. Thanks for coming up with and write this story <3

Omg its 3am and I’m suddenly reminded of this story. Was an avid fan of EXO in my prime teen years since debut up until 2014 and I remembered stumbling onto this story during those times. No words can ever describe how this story makes me feel. The illustrations you made accompanying this story makes the whole thing such a solid masterpiece (heck the story alone is amazing). Remembered getting chills (still getting chills from the short synopsis...) and gushed about it with a friend at school after reading every chapter. So, so, so unfortunate that it had to be taken down because some people failed to be respectful towards your hard work. So sorry that happened but I hope you’re okay now. Just to let you know that I’m now a young adult and I still love this story to bits, I could still remember certain scenes and illustrations as if I’ve seen/read about them yesterday. That’s how much your story has impacted me. Thank you for your hard work, Scout. Hoping you’re doing great wherever you are.

Chapter 1: I’m still so sad this fic got deleted before I was able to read the last chapter. It was an amazing and I loved it so much. It’s been six years and I’m still not over it. It’s terrible how people can ruin a good thing.

Chapter 1: I just randomly checked this again, and im still sad it had to come to this, this story was SO good, but i understand! (If you still have it for yourself) someone said in the comment section to drop it as a novel, sounds like a tight idea

Oh hey, this seems like a good fanfiction for the EXO fandom, except that you had to remove it. That's quite unfortunate. Make a novel and let all your subscribers know, if you can :D I would order it online! :D

It is hard to find good Mamaverse fics & your fic sounds like one I would have genuinely enjoyed as well as possibly being one of my favourites. It is a pity that people choose to copy other's works. I know several other fanfics that have also been plagiarised.

Chapter 1: Just by looking at the comments I am certain that this was a great masterpiece. I wish I could have read it sooner, it is such a shame that I missed this work of art. I am deeply saddened and truly sorry that such events occurred. But I do hope that you never quit writing. More power to you!
