The alarm rang through Hanbyul’s phone loudly, signaling that it was already 8 in the morning. But Hanbyul was still in her deep sleep as she was still couldn’t fall asleep easily last night. Trying to be brave while she’s actually afraid of them. It was really tiring for her because they keep bothering her.

Couldn’t stand the loud sound, Soyu who was enjoying a tv show in the family room stood up and went to their shared room. It was Soyu’s room actually. She took Hanbyul’s phone from the table beside the bed and turned off the alarm. A reminder popped up on the screen and she read it softly, “Go to Kingdom, 9 a.m.”

Looking at her little sister sleeping peacefully, she couldn’t help but to smile. She’s been seeing Hanbyul having a hard time to sleep and she knew how scared Hanbyul was. But she completely understands her, even though she couldn’t even see what her little sister see.

Soyu bend down a little and shook Hanbyul’s body, “Hanbyul ah.. Wake up!!”. She said softly then rubbed Hanbyul’s cheek. “Ireona!!”

There’s no response, she must have been really really tired. But Soyu couldn’t let her little sister miss the chance to probably be a normal person again. She tried to tickle the back of her neck. Sadly it only made Hanbyul scratch her neck.

Frowning, Soyu looked at Hanbyul’s phone and a good idea popped in her head. Knowing that Hanbyul dislikes heavy rock music but she always had that one rock song on her phone, Soyu decided to put the phone beside Hanbyul’s head and turn up the volume before playing it.

Bingo! Hanbyul started to give a reaction as she moved a little and tried to open her eyes with an annoyed expression on her face. “Ige mwoya?” She mumbled quietly and touched her phone, trying to turn off the sound with eyes still closed, which obviously didn’t work.

“Hanbyul ah, ireona!!” Soyu sang with a loud voice, since the song was still playing loudly. “Aren’t you going to Kingdom??”

Finally, Hanbyul can turn off the sound even though she felt her eyes were really heavy and still couldn’t open it properly. She rubbed it slowly.

“Yah! Aren’t you going to Kingdom?” Soyu said loudly just like always? “Look at the clock, Byul ah!!”

With an annoyed face, Hanbyul finally could open her eyes, even though it was still blurry and then she looked at her sister. When her view was getting clearer, “Kyaaaaa!!”. She screamed and closed her eyes again, taking a pillow beside her to cover her eyes.

“Mwoya? What’s wrong? Don’t tell me there’s one..” Soyu gasped as she was surprised by Hanbyul’s sudden action, then looked around to make sure there’s nothing around.

“Behind you eonnie!!” Hanbyul said still holding the pillow tightly.

Soyu jumped and stepped aside. She felt a small wind blows beside her, making her gulped as she felt something strange, or she was just scared also. “It’s.. It’s gone..”

“Jeongmalyo??” Hanbyul made sure before peeking a little from the pillow. Seeing nothing but her eonnie, she let out a heavy sigh and mumbled. “Aish.. Jinjja, I just woke up and there’s one already?”

“Come on, you have to go to Kingdom now!! You need help from Taeyang eonnie right?” Soyu changed back the subject to make her sister to forget what just happened.

Hearing that, Hanbyul got up and nodded. “I wish Taeyang eonnie can make me a normal person again.”

“Come on!!” Soyu dragged Hanbyul’s hand to get going. “But I think I can’t accompany you today.. I’ll just take you there, and call me when you’re done, okay??”

“Wae?” Hanbyul whined a little, “You have a date?”

“Aish.. Ppalli, you slow kid!!” Soyu nagged and pushed her to the bathroom.

Hanbyul and Soyu arrived at the Kingdom Company with Soyu’s small silver car. But as Hanbyul got off from the car, Soyu pulled down the window and said, “Call me when you’re done!!”

Hanbyul just nodded and the car started to move. She turned around and entered the building. As she looked around, she felt that the visitors were quite a lot today. She walked alone, forgetting that she didn’t know where Taeyang’s office at.

As she passed the pond, she saw some workers were putting a big poster of Kingdom’s new icon. A popular, talented and handsome actor at the moment, Kim Myungsoo and a popular, talented and beautiful solo singer, Park Chorong. Hanbyul couldn’t help but stopped and smiled as she looked at the poster.

“Woah.. Such a pretty faces.. No wonder they’re so popular, besides having a lot of talents.” She thought in a fully awe while looking at the big poster of the popular idols. Suddenly someone pushed her shoulder a little, making her snapped back from her thoughts.

“Don’t just stand in the way!!” A man in a cleaning service uniform said sarcastically.

Hanbyul immediately bowed and said, “I’m sorry..”. She then continued walking and took out her phone from her little bag. Just remembered that she should ask Taeyang about where’s her office exactly, she quickly sent a message.

Waiting for an answer from Taeyang, Hanbyul decided to take a walk on the second floor of the mall. She just walked and looked around, looking at all the stuff from a shoe shop, bag shop, until a make-up shop. She wanted to relax and have a time for herself.

Unlucky her, when she was about to enter an accessories shop, a scary creature that had some fraction of glass stuck on his face appeared beside the cashier. She gasped in surprise and just like always, she closed her eyes and pretended to not seeing that thing. With her quick mind, she decided to turn around and walked away from that shop.

Still having a half-closed eyes, she walked away as fast as she can while looked down, so she wouldn’t see that thing and forgot about the scary image from her head quickly. Not even a meter away, she felt herself bumped into something, a half making her heartbeat faster to think that it was the scary creature before, a half making her almost fall on the ground.

But she felt something touched her back and supported her so that she’s not falling. She was kind of afraid, but as she looked up, a pretty face appeared right in front of her. L or the popular actor, Kim Myungsoo is the one who she bumped into and prevented her from falling to the ground.

Time was like slowed down for Hanbyul, or even stopped. Looking at the beautiful face in front of her, she was speechless and numb as she couldn’t move or say something even though her mind commanded her. It was like a dream for her to be so close with the busy and popular star who she always saw and admired from tv. His face was even more handsome in a real life and his eyes was really pretty as it was Hanbyul’s favorite part.

She couldn’t blink her eyes until she felt a wind blows slightly and she saw a white shadow moved so fast, making her gasped and spurred to stand up straightly. She gulped as she saw the ghost earlier stood some steps away behind Myungsoo. She was sure scared as she tried to close her eyes and wanted to run away right away, but she didn’t want her favorite idol star to think that she was a freak or something like that.

Just then, her phone rang and she took out her phone even though she was still worried about the ghost behind Myungsoo. It was a message from Taeyang which is actually saved her life as she can use it as an excuse to leave him as soon as possible without making him think that she’s weird. She quickly bowed to Myungsoo and walked away.

Myungsoo on the other hand was confused when Hanbyul left him without a word after bumping into him. As he watched her walked away like she was afraid of something, he shrugged off until he noticed something on the floor. He picked it up.

“Hey!!” Myungsoo called out for her, expecting her to stop and turn back, but it was useless. He saw her walking even faster.

Myungsoo frowned, feeling confused even more. But he decided to keep the thing in his pocket, hoping to see the weird girl he just met again, to give it back to her. He then smirked to think that it was the first time someone walked away from him without having any interest in him and seems afraid of him, the handsome and popular actor at the moment. He shrugged.

“Myungsoo ah.. Have you seen our new poster on the first floor?” Someone suddenly patted his shoulder making him turned around. It was his new partner, Chorong.

Myungsoo smiled at her and nodded, “Yeah.. I thought your cheeks look more chubby on the poster.”

“Yah!! Mwoya?” Chorong hit Myungsoo’s arm lightly. “Anyway, are you going to Joo sajangnim’s office?”

“Hm..” He nodded. “Wae? Wanna go together?”

Chorong stuck out her tongue playfully at him before linked her arm on his. “Kaja!!”

Back to Hanbyul. When she thought that she was already far enough from the scary creature, she stopped and breathed out in relief even though she was exhausted a little. She then looked at her phone screen before opened the new message from Taeyang.

After done reading the message, she looked up and started to walk to find Taeyang’s place. She wasn’t really sure about the direction of the mall, sometimes she had to asked some people who worked at Kingdom to show her the direction.

Not a long time until she reached a place where there wasn’t many people and looks like a small alley so she followed the direction that led her to a room, small room that seems like a storage room or something like that. The door was opened a little, she frowned.

Before she could knock the door, it swung open widely all of a sudden, making her jumped a little.
