A luxurious apartment complex resides at the end of Seoul city, where people from all over come to live. The apartment is split into four different districts; district I, II, III, and IV. Upon signing up to live in the complex the head complex owners will select at random to place the applying residents in a district, whether it be to make the districts at even residents or pure chance. Friendly neighbor activities wil be held frequently to bond the roommates within the dorms and other districts.
