"Do you know any Korean words?" Mrs. Lee asked as I picked up my chopsticks.

"Nte..."

"Wow! She's very good!" Mrs. Lee complimented me.

"Gashamnamida..." I said as I ate my first actual meal in about... six months...

"This is your room," Mr. Lee said as he brought my luggage into my 'room'.

As I walked in, I felt like crying. "Gidae-ah..." Mr.Lee said as he looked blankly at me, "are you okay?"

"Thank you," I said as I cried into my 'father's' shoulder.

"What do you mean thank you?" He asked confused.

"I actually have a family now... my parents never wanted me to be with them..." I cried through sobs.

"Aish... they must have not known that they have a worthy daughter to be in their life..." He said comforting me.
