Chapter 12
Secret Nights***Ken POV***
Leo’s head rests on my lap. I gently move my fingers through his hair. If he was a cat I bet he’d be purring right now. Leo makes a grunting noise when I accidently pull a strand.
“Wake up,” I whisper to him.
“No,” he replies instantly.
He turns around. His eyes open and he stares up at me. I smile at him.
“What?” I ask.
Leo continues to stare at me without answering. I lean over and kiss him.
“Cut the mushy stuff!” Hongbin yells.
I slowly raise my head up. I glare at Hongbin who’s standing at the door of the VIP room.
“Have you seen Hyuk?” He asks.
This time Leo and I glare at him. He stares at us confused.
“Who gave you the idea that he would be here?” I ask.
”N, but why is that important?” He replies.
Leo sits up and clears his throat. “N was lying to you. Hyuk said he wasn’t coming for a while so can you leave? Also while you’re at it please tell N to leave us alone.”
Hongbin looks at us more confused. I look at Leo whose expression is blank, but I know he’s mad.
“Ok…” Hongbin says.
He opens the black door and loud music seeps into the room. It ruins the mood even more. Hongbin exits the room with a bang. I look at Leo again. He lets out a loud sigh.
“Let’s go home,” he says.
“Are you sure?” I ask.
He nods yes. I walk up to him and pull him into a kiss.
“I’m sorry.”
I grab Leo’s hand as I guide him out into the real world past the wildly moving bodies. We walk silently down the dark streets. I can feel Leo’s heartbeat.
Although he won’t say it, I know it’s bugging him. I don’t know if it’s because I’m scared or because we never have the right timing. I want to hold him, but… I’m scared that I will crush his expectations.
We reach our street rather quickly. We rest against the outside gate of his house.
“I’ll see you tomorrow,” I whisper to him.
I start walking away, but Leo grabs my hand. I stare deep into his eyes. His yearning for my touch is obvious.
“Tomorrow,” I tell him.
He nods in agreement. I will hold him tomorrow. There are no ifs or buts.

“Why do you seem so nervous?” Ravi asks.
“Nothing is wrong,” I reply.
“Um… I never asked if something was wrong,” Ravi replies.
I look at the book in front of me. I hold it close to my face so
