Just Happyit's him...
haneul's POV
i woke up because the sound of my alarm ringing FU*K ! It's morning already ? Oh god !! i don't even want to open my eyes cuz i'm not a morning person obviously and waking up at 6 am everyday was always a torture to me
but i have to go to school because everyone says school is important ( especially my mom )
i don't particulary hate school i just hate morning and monday and math too ! maybe i could sleep for 5 minutes more....
"haneul-ah...it's time to wake up!" suddenly my mom just barged in my room and start yelling me to wake up and pulling my blankets off my bed
"okayy...arasso umma i'm awake.. i'm awake" i said to my mom while waving my hands indicating that her method of waking me up is working
"come on! you better hurry if you don't want to miss your bus neul-ah " said my mom before she walk out of my room
FINALLY!! Peace at last ! Maybe i could sleep for 10 minutes again..
"JUNG HANEUL.. i know you're sleeping again ! wake up before i pour this cold ice water to your face and i bet you don't want that right?" when she said 'ice-water' my eyes shot wide open and quickly go to the bathroom to freshen up
'how do i look' will never be a problem to me , i was born a girl but i act and dressed like a boy i prefer big tshirt than a blouse but i still wear dress when there's an event or special occasion , that's why my mom always yell at me whenever my boyish attitude or showed up and she also told me to be a little bit girly and wear something pink
sorry mom but black is more my colour.
"morning mom" i kissed my mom cheek , i live with my mom mainly because i don't have a dad, well i had a dad but my mom said when i was little , my dad leave us because he was in love with his secretary , amazing right? That's why i don't considered him as my dad anymore
"i make your favourite breakfast today.." my mom said ! that means 'kimchi fried ice'!!!!
"really? give me.. i'm so hungryyyy umma" i said with a pout
"patient haneul-ah it's almost ready"
when my mom served it , i just can't help it anymore and start to dig in . Lemme tell you something, when there's a good food and a hungry stomach i don't give a damn about the rest of the world.
"jung haneul...eat slowly" my mom said with a stern glare , there she go again with the girls rule of elegance attitude
"sorry umma.. can't help it you are the best chef ever" i said as an excuse to change the topic and my mom smile at me while shaking her head
after breakfast i said goodbye to my mom and start walking to the bus stop..
The weather started to turn grey meaning that if my bus doesn't arrive any minute i'm gonna get a shower for the second time today
"Come on bus... and please rain don't fall now , you can fall later when i already on the bus" i said looking up the sky
5 minutes later the bus arrived and i hurriedly go in
"Hi yun ! Why are you so late today?" I said to the driver Mr. Hyunyun ahjussi
i've been going to this bus since i was like... 6th grade i think and Hyunyun ahjussi treated me like his own child
"Sorry traffic is really annoying these days" he said
"it's okay ahjussi, you're on time because if not then i already be drenched with rain right now" i smile
"If you don't want to be late, go sit down" he said again and start the engine
"Right... thanks for reminding ahjussi" i said and go sit down
after i arrived to school which thankfully still in dry condition cuz the rain didn't fall yet only the sky is getting darker and darker
i go staight to my locker
"Today schedule is math... biology... and physic " wow amazeballs ! i wanna cry seeing the schedule
Oh my god 2 minutes more.... i ran to go to class and i make it on time , as soon as the lesson start i put my head down and goes off to dreamland with the voice of Mr.Kim explaining math as my lullaby
Not long after i heard somebody coming on and mr.kim start making announcement i woke up from my beautiful dreamland and focus on what announcement will he say
"class !!! today we have a new student he just moved yesterday from america , Kwon Jiyong-sshi please come in and introduced yourself.."
said mr.kim
Kwon jiyong... i heard that name before....
I tried to recall where did i heard that name.. it sound so familiar to my ears and brain
Suddenly i know...

my eyes focus on that one person that just come in my class
it's really him..
my bestfriend well now he was my ex bestfriend because we lost contact and ever since then he didn't reach up to me so i didn't do it either and eventually life goes on
flashback on third POV
It was mid june with the summer brezze passing by
haneul was at her usual place which is A book cafe where they serve food and drinks of course but this cafe also have a tons of books on display and you can read it while sipping coffe or in haneul case , sipping milkshake and doing her favourite routine
She loves reading , she felt at peace when she jump into the fantasy of books and silent the real world
She's different from any teenager her age , she doesn't like to go out much and she prefer staying at her house watching tv wearing oversized tshirt and just laying down reading novels
She has glasses on and whenever she go out she always wear a tshirt and a pair of jeans
Her mom used to force her to wear a ladylike cloths
She's very boyish until.. that happen

It was the usual day when she was in the cafe
"Jeezzz why are you so high" she said to the book that she failed to reach
"Okay fine i gave up on you!" She said again wile pointing to the book and sending daggers to it , she didn"t realize she was being watched the whole time by one boy that has an amusement smile on his face
"Weird girl" he said to quietly and started to walk to a corner with amusement shining in his eyes
Only to meet with a brown big doe eyes with glasses apparently haneul heard what the boy said because the cafe was really quiet and didn't have any customers that time
"What did you just said ? " she asked him although she already knew what he said , she just want to see if this boy havea balls to say it to her face
"Nothing." He cockily replied and denying saying anythung
"Well then i must be hearing things then" she said again
"Maybe you did" he simply reply with a smirk
"Fine! Mr.jerk" she said and walked away
"Okay" he said stil an amusement smile playing on his eyes
Their first impression was "he's a jerk" and "she's a weird girl"
They met again the next day
"You don't talk books again today?" He asked while sitting in front of her
"So you did watched me yesterday talking to the book?" She retorted back
"Yeah. I find it quite amusing, by the way i'm jiyong" he said offering his hands
"And i'm the weird girl, haneul." She said back with a hint of sarcasm
"You call me a jerk so it's a fair" he said
"Fine , jiyong-sshi" she said while rolling my eyes
"I know that we were the same age so don't be formal and make me sound old" he said and haneul didn't reply simply because she wants him to go away to wherever he came from
"You always come here? " he ask after hearing no answer
"Yup, everyday after school" she answer shortly
"It's rare to find a girl that is so weird and like to read and also a little bit sassy"
"That's because i am one of a kind, you can't find someone like me elsewhere" haneul said with bored expression
"That's true. Why did you like to read so much? " He asked again
"Do you need a reason to read ? I just like to read and imagining the story if that is happening to me then founding the real meaning of books that you can relate it to life... it's like a treasure" she said with that big doe eyes that makes the kwon jiyong can't help but to stunned at her answer while staring at her face and intrested in her childish yet cute thoughts about books
"sorry, i'm rambling didn't i ? I just love books and reading"
"You're different, you know that?" He said to the girl without thinking and still staring at the girl
"Wh-what?" She was shock because she just realized that he was keep staring at her
"I mean, your thoughts was really odd and different from others.. yeah that's what i mean" he said as an excuse
There is something about her that is so odd and weird yet he can't look away
From that day they start their relationship as friends in the bookstore , they've become bestfriend ever since and in junior high they do everything together
"I thought you had a homework today jiyong?" She asked him while she search for her new books to read
"Well i have but.... i don't want to do it! It's math for god sake" he said with such a horror in his eyes
"Come on ji, you are such a baby" she said again shaking her head at him
"I'm not a baby! I am a man with a baby face that has so many fangirls" he said cockily
"I wish your fangirls know how much of a baby you are" she said while sticking her tongue out
"By the way , haneul-ah , i think i like someone" he said with eyes that is so eandering to her
"What? Who? When?" She asked trying to ignore the sound of her heart shattering
"It's Min hari , she just look sooo beautiful and she is very kind also, she just like to give smile to everyone" he said eyes gleaming with happiness that haneul hate because he's happy thinking of somene else
"Wow... i didn't know that kwon jiyong can love"
" i don't know i'm just atrracted to beautiful woman"
"Unbelievble" she stared at him wide eyes
I just skip to the part where he left to america to continue his study there
"Okay haneul ah , think you can handle yourself alone here?" He said while hugging her
" i can of course, i am not a baby like you" she said
"Go say goodbye to hari" she let go of him to say goodbye to his girlfriend
"Bye haneul"
"Bye jiyong"
Since then haneul still kept in touch but one year later she doesn't heard a single thing about him anymore , she try to ask hari but she said the day when he left , he broke up with hari
"He broke up with you?" Haneul ask
"Yes, he just said that it's not fair for me and our relationship doesn't feel right to him" hari explain
"Wow. That's harsh" she felt sympathy
"You know , when we go on dates , he just keep talking about you doing this and that and when he does , his eyes shine like a child want a candy, i think he loves you haneul , he try to find someone like you in me but he didn't find it" hari explain
"What? Are you kidding me? He just loves me as a bestfriend , nothing more nothing less" haneul said to hari
"He was just afraid to ruin your relationship as bestfriend" hari excuses
That makes haneul shake her head because there is no way the man that she loves, the flawless kwon jiyong loves her back , it's just makes no sense to her
"Maybe you can prove it when he came back for highschool this year" hari said again
"This year?"
"Yup this year, he will come back here and maybe you both can finally be truth to one another"
"I don't know hari-yah, i mean... if he likes me he should've just say it to me"
"You like him but you didn't say anything to him too" hari said that makes haneul silent
"Maybe he's not pretty sure then but i think he's coming back for you"
They keep talking until late , to haneul , hari is a very nice girl , she really is and she still don't understant why would jiyong break up with her , haneul thinks that she already moved on
Or so she thinks...

i saw him.. it's really him... right infront of my eyes
i thought i was already move on but seeing him after three years was just.... i don't know how to say it
It felt like my heart want to explode and ask him question on why didn't he called or at least text
But there is something odd with him... he doesn't recognize me when we met eyes
