House of Revenge
Description
PLOT SUMMARY
When 17-year-old Yubin lost her family in a car crash, she inevitably became the sole heiress to Korea’s biggest family-run casino business, famously known as the House of Jin. After finding out that the car crash was actually part of a mass murder plan by one of her father’s rival to wipe out her entire family, she knew her life was no longer safe. Set in a world where rich and powerful clans ruled over law and order, she had no one to turn to except her 4th uncle who was her late grandfather's only adopted son, Park Jinyoung a.k.a JY. Along with six boys he had saved from the streets and ‘adopted’ as his disciples, JY and his boys swore to save Yubin from falling into the enemy’s hands. Filled with a vengeance streak, JY set out a long and calculated revenge plot to take back the family business that originally belonged to them.
Years after settling themselves in safer waters outside enemy’s territory, Yubin grew so close to her new family of protective brothers that she could not imagine her life without them. But when one of them, Taecyeon started to distant himself from the family, she was tortured by mixed emotions of hate and longing towards him, only to realize that those emotions came from her deep love for him.
A/N: When I came out with this story, the idea was so k-drama-like I can imagine it as one of those 30-episode revenge love-hate drama that span 10years BUT honestly when it comes to writing it out, I know it's gonna be a very tough job. I know I won't be able to update often because I often have my writer's block showing up. For that, I hope my readers understand. In the meantime, do subscribe and comment.
Foreword
Yubin woke up to an unfamiliar room. She turned to see an IV needle stuck into her veins on her right hand. Her left broken wrist was wrapped in a thick cast. She tried to move her body slightly but her bandaged ribs let out a piercing pain. Her legs were numb but thankfully unharmed. She was lying injured in a hospital and she realized that what went through her head earlier wasn’t a nightmare. That horrible car accident with her parents and her brother was real.
