Hello! Oh my~ Excuse me for taking years.  Acutally right now, the both of us are uber busy therefore we're taking longer than usual to complete requests.  I tried to make it as similar to the book cover as well as dark yet friendly although I'm not sure how much I achieve that feel. -.-  I hope I didn't disapoint you too much.  I know you're wondering why the poster isn't animated.  But I have a somewhat good explanation!  I just upgraded photoshop from cs5 to cc and guess what? I'm definitely not used to it! I did manage to add some animation to the background though!  Oh and of course, you will definitely still get the animation you want. XD My talented partner in crime is working on the animation version of your poster and will probably post it some time soon, so stay tuned! =)  Any who, thanks for requesting and happy day!
