There is no sound in the room but their breathing.

Jonghyun is lying in his bed giving him back apparently sleeping while Minho is looking at him sitting in the edge of his own bed, with the fingers intertwined.

The main rapper just appeared in the room after a hard day of work. He misses his best friend, he misses his smile, his laugh, their jokes, their daily conversations, and the way Jonghyun always tried to make him feel comfortable and confident… But every time Minho tries to approach the main vocalist, Jonghyun always find the way to push him away.

 Minho sighs, because he is not unable to bear that terrible silence. “I know you’re not sleeping.”

But there’s no answer from the vocalist and Minho takes a deep breath before walking to his bed and lying down next to Jonghyun, back to back. “It’s OK if you don’t want to talk…” Minho starts, because he knows Jonghyun is listening to him, because he has waited a lot of time to talk with him but it seems like the vocalist is never going to let him say it. “it’s OK if you want to ignore me as recently… But I have to say some things and you’re going to listen, because I’m tired of waiting…”

“Minho…” tries to stop him.

But it’s too late. “Do you remember the Lucifer comeback? I couldn’t performance with you because of my injury… I was really, really sorry for it, Jonghyun. Because Lucifer was one of the most difficult songs we had ever done and you had to do not only your parts but mines too. You remember it, right?”

Jonghyun sighs. “I remember.”

“And do you remember what did you say to me?”

“Stop it, Minho…”

“Do you remember?” insists, turning until facing the ceiling, placing his hands in his stomach.

The main vocalist nods weakly, still giving him back.

“You said it wasn’t my fault and even If it was, you wouldn’t blame me because you loved me… You said we were a family” he turns his head to look Jonghyun’s nape. “We are still a family, Jonghyun, nobody blames you for your injury or the Sekyung stuff… we still care and love you and we are going to do it no matter what. I can’t remember the last time we enjoyed together… Since all of this happened you are here but it seems that you’re not. We need you on stage, OK, it’s true, but we need you in home too… I need you in home” whispers the last part, looking to the ceiling again, shy. “I need you to be my best friend and roommate too.”

Silence. Minho sighs again. “I miss you.”

Suddenly it’s heard a sob and Minho sits up with frown. “Oh, come on, I can’t believe you are crying again” says, but he hugs Jonghyun for the back, lying next to him again, kissing his shoulder with love.

“I’m not crying” denies the vocalist, but he starts laughing because it’s too evident that he’s lying. “OK, you got me.”

Jonghyun turns around and hides his face in Minho’s chest while he continues hugging him. They stay like that for a few minutes, enjoying the other company, finally together.

“I miss you too” answers Jonghyun later, raising his face to look at him. His fingers start caressing Minho’s cheek unconsciously without breaking the eye contact, his eyes look at the rappers lips and Jonghyun starts feeling dizzy… He missed Minho so much too, all they had shared in those years together, all the moments that today are good memories in his mind.

But things change and nothing is like yesterday.

“It will be our secret” whispers Minho too close of his lips, reading his mind, all his fears and doubts.

“It has always been our secret.”

“What’s the problem, then?”

“I’m dating someone…”

“So that’s the problem” reflects Minho but his face is still in the same position as before. “That’s why you always push me away…”

“It could be.”

“It is.”

Silence, again.

“I’m afraid, Minho…”

“Why?”

“Because… I love you.”

“Stupid dinosaur” smiles and their lips almost join, “I love you too.”

“Stupid frog” counters him, smiling too. But his face becomes serious, “not in that way…”

“Neither me.”

Jonghyun raises his face and looks at Minho’s big eyes, finding in them honesty.

They don’t know who of them start kissing the other, but suddenly their lips are together becoming the most perfect kiss they have ever had. Their mouths fitting perfectly, their tongues looking for the other lovely, their hands touring their bodies softly.
