❁ The weekend passed by quickly and soon before I knew it, it was the dreaded Monday.... ❁

I woke up the next morning to my alarm blaring in my ear and my mom screaming at the top of her lungs

“Minji! You wake up this instant young lady!”

“Ya! I’m up~” I whined

                I rolled out of bed and dragged myself over to my closet. Ugh another day of school, another week of this dreadful place. I put on my uniform and looked at myself in the mirror. Ew I looked tired and lifeless, a little mascara and eyeliner always does the fix! I hurriedly put on my socks and shoved on my shoes, tied the laces, and slid down the stair rail. Thank god my mom didn’t see me, she hates when I do that. I made myself a quick protein shake and ran out the door to meet Jungkook at the end of the street.

“Kookie!!” I screamed rushing up to meet him

                I tackled him with a back hug, of which nearly sent him flying forward. He laughed and pried my hands off his chest.

“Hi” Jungkook rubbed his chest “You’re jumpy today”

                I shrugged my shoulders

“Just really happy that’s all” I smiled and laughed as Jungkook cocked his brow.

                He shook his head and laughed. He began to sing to himself which was a good accompanist to the light drizzle of rain. I couldn’t help but think about the boy from yesterday. He looked really youthful, and then the thought crossed my mind, what if he’s a new student at my school? Oh no, anything but that. If he was really as snobby as I thought then I wanted nothing to do with this kid. Once we got to school I couldn’t help but search the sea of children to find his face, I was really anxious to see if in fact he was attending the school. There was already a rumor going around how that this kid was transferred from his old school because of his behavioral issues and how he would constantly bully the other kids with his posse.

                I went to my first class, study hall. Sadly, I wasn’t with Jungkook in any classes except lunch and social studies. If Jungkook was in any of my classes, aside from the two, they would be 10X better
