“You’ve read it a hundred times before and you know the ending. Why are you still reading it?” Chanyeol had asked.

 

 

“Because it’s a sad story,” had been Baekhyun’s reply.

 

 

“If it’s such a sad story why do you still read it?”

 

 

“Because I want to make sure we don’t have the same ending Ennis and Jack had.” Chanyeol hadn’t failed to notice the mixture of melancholy and hopefulness in his tone.
