Before I say or do anything else, I would like to add that all magic spells, charms, jinxes, hexes, curses etc. are strictly J.K. Rowling's. Also Her characters (excluding Wendy Sparkes and Mark Diggory, and other's that you've might've never heard of before) are also her's (obviously) and any magical method, place or creature that JKR has mentioned in all of her books are strictly hers. And any spells, charms, jinxes, hexes, curses , etc. that have NOT been mentioned in any of the books, or on any of the Harry Potter spell list, then it is strictly mine. If, in whatever circumstances, that the spells, etc. that I have been created and are simliar to others, then this is purely coincedental.
