Park Jiyeon (20)

A girl suffering from cerebral amyloid angiopathy rare disease that attacks her brain since 5 years ago. An orphaned jolly girl who always tries to make the people around her happy. Because of his illness, she had forced to bury her dream to become a pediatrician. Knowing that her life only 3 months left, she has a goal to make the 'Grumpy Ahjussi' Smiled.

Kim Myungsoo (23)

The so-called ‘Grumpy Ahjussi’. A self-centered young businessman who never think of others and eyeing success in any way. Vice Chairman of E & M Mobile Company. He wants to prove to his stepfather that he deserves to lead the family company. Half brother of Eunjung, he discovered a real happiness when met with the very annoying girl, Jiyeon

Son Ho Joon (29)

A graduate of Stanford University doctor who spent 4 years of his time in the United States to investigate illnesses suffered by Jiyeon before finally returning to South Korea. A man whose easy smile friendly. he became a friend and brother figure for Jiyeon. For him, there is nothing more satisfying than seeing the happy Jiyeon.

Ham Eunjung (27)

The current Leader of E&M Mobile company, Biological child of Ham Jinrak as well as Kim Myungsoo’s Half-Sister. A woman who looks weak on the outside but has a frightening influence on the business world. She met Jiyeon 2 years ago when she was hospitalized at Seoul Hospital, and became best friend with her since then.
