Jaejoong

I was only dreaming for that day, 

Wishing upon the stars, 

Hoping upon hope, 

That one day, 

One fine day, 

That my eyes could lay on you, 

That my ears would hear your voice, 

And that I would get to meet you. 

It happened, like a twinkle in the sky, 

Was I really there?! 

I saw you, I couldn't believe it, 

The fact that you were in front of me, 

You were just a few inches away from me, 

An arm reach, I could have touched you, 

Our world came together in that moment, 

Inches nearer, I could have hugged you, 

Our universe was a heart beat away, 

And your eyes met mine, 

I saw your soul sook in my soul, 

And you smiled at me,

And my soul took in your spirit.

One moment in a timeless capsule, 

Seconds in your presence, 

A standstill at the hand of the clock, 

A journey in continuance flow. 

I could only whisper a few words, 

I heard your voice so clearly, 

As if it was near my ears,

A sound resonating deep in my being, 

As if your spirit spoke to me, 

We finally meet, my dear one. 

Writer's note: Composed because I attended my first fan meeting of Jaejoong. To meet my ultimate bias and be just a few inches/feet away.  I am still over the moon. Composed Dec. 3, 2017
