Chapter 1 [I Don't Need Romance]

"I saw her just now, she's with a girl"

"How could she go out with a girl while I'm actually waiting for her here, out in the cold?! Seriously that girl...I though she cared for me"

Hearing the loud noise coming from the alarm clock, 20 year-old Kwon Yuri immediately opened her eyes and reached for the clock. Seeing that she was in a familiar room, she sighed in relief. It was her habit to look around her room to do a reality check. The lass wanted to make sure that she was not actually dreaming reality. Not with her dream like that...

Although it's been five years, the lass cannot accept the fact that she was dumped on Christmas Eve, to make it worst, she found out that the girl she loved the most dated her for money. It was indeed a perfect way to ruin Yuri's happy holiday. Because of that painful experience, she decided not to engage herself in romance for the rest of her life.

"January 1, 2014...time ticks fast indeed when you're busy..." Yuri said while looking at the calendar

Being a medical student, she is really busy even if she didn't force herself to be one. Even though she's drained almost everyday, being busy actually helped her to forget romance.

"After I meet up with her, what's next? We fall in love with each other then confess our feelings for each other, go on a date then dump me afterwards? Mom, I'm so fed up with romance. I don't need romance."
