BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!

"Ugh! Stupid alarm clock!" Ji Hyo said as she punched her alarm clock, turning it off. She got up and dressed in her everyday clothes. Then she look herself on the mirror and put her makeup on. She started to straighten her hair, super carefull to make sure her purple streak looked perfect. As she put her comb down, she saw a calendar and sighed. Running Man Academy's senior prom was in a day and she still didn't have a date. All of her friends had dates except for one. Haha a.k.a Ha Dong Hoon and Byul were going together, Kwang Soo and Yuri and so was Jea Suk and his girlfriend, Kyung Eun but Ji Hyo and Jong Kook didn't have dates.

"I would enjoy going with Jong Kook-oppa if he asked me, but I don't think I'm his type and we're just good friends," Ji Hyo thought. Ji Hyo and Jong Kook are really close friends and she always loved every moment she spent time with him, but she rarely thought of them being more than just friends until this week. It has been constantly on her mind and she's turned down a lot of guys for that. Soon, Ji Hyo was ready for the day and she left her room to go and meet Yuri.

KNOCK! KNOCK!

"I'm coming!" Yuri replied. About a minute later, she opened the door. "Hi Ji Hyo-unnie!"

"Hi Yuri! Can I talk to you?" Ji Hyo asked.

"Sure."

Ji Hyo and Yuri started talking about important things for a while. Then the two of them went to the cafeteria to get breakfast and catch up with their friends. When they got their food, Ji Hyo sat beside Jong Kook and Yuri sat beside Kwang Soo.

They pray before they start to eat the food. Ji Hyo, Yuri and Kwang Soo have started to eat. Ji Hyo suddenly sees Jong Kook didn't do anything, so she ask Jong Kook.

"Jong Kook-oppa, is everything ok? You haven't touched your food yet" Ji Hyo was worried. "It's so different Jong Kook-oppa to leave his food beside." Ji Hyo thought.

"I'm fine Ji Hyo-ah. I was just thingking about something." Jong Kook replied.

"Ah, I see. Sorry to disturb you." Ji Hyo apologize shyly.

"It's ok." Jong Kook smiled at her.

Ji Hyo smiled back. Both of them started eating their breakfast.

Ji Hyo want to wash her hand after eating, so she goes into the washroom.

FLASHBACK

Jong Kook was thingking who he want to go with at the 'Prom Night'. He keep thingking if Ji Hyo would like to go with him. He's back to reality as he shakes his head. "Why do I keep thingking of her? Am I starting to fall in loved? I don't think I'm her type. We're just a good friend, Nothing more.

END OF FLASHBACK

We're just friends, but she's really amazing and I…wait, here she comes. Act Normal!" he thought.

"Here you are." he said trying to avoid eye contact because of his red face. As Ji Hyo sat down, she tried not to look at Jong Kook either.

Ji Hyo want to ask Jong Kook again. Now, she wants to ask about the 'Prom Night' if he already have a girl to go with.

"Jong Kook-oppa! Can I ask you something?"

"Sure. Just ask anything." Jong Kook replied hoping she would ask 'about' the 'Prom Night'

"Ermm... Hmm... Forget it..." Ji Hyo said shyly.

"Ok, nevermind." Jong Kook replied, feeling sad but he don't show his sad face.

"Bye... I have to go now.. See you again.

"Bye." Jong Kook reply her.

So, she and Yuri walk together. They go ahead to the gymnastisms room to decorate for the upcoming 'Prom Night'. Jong Kook and Kwang Soo are still at the cafeteria. They are talking about something.

"Jong Kook-hyung, are you going with anyone to the prom?" Kwang Soo asked.

"No. Nobody cause none of those girls were really my type. Anyway, I might just stay here. There's always next year." Jong Kook replied with his sad face.

"You really should ask Ji Hyo. You two are extremely alike and she's really nice and pretty."

"But she's probably going to say no. I don't think I'm her type."

"Do you know what she's been saying when she turns down the others?"

"What?"

"That they aren't Jong Kook enough. She wants to be with you and I know you want to be with her too." Kwang Soo smiled.

"I don't want our friendship to end if it doesn't work out though." Jong Kook still wasn't convinced.

"Ji Hyo will still love you." Jong Kook assured him, "Just do it."

"I'll try." Jong Kook said, smiling.
