Just a short 2min one-shot I wrote a year ago on a whim. I found it and thought I should upload it, I hope you enjoy it <3

Being in love was a blessing... no, more like a miracle. Love was something that very few found and it was often mistaken for lust. I found it, not while looking for it but instead in the most unexpected place. I found it through the connection of sly glances, fingertips brushing, gentle pecks and encouraging smiles. I knew it was love because every time I saw him, it was much like the first time... my heart raced, my head felt light warmth and spread through my body like fire.

I woke to the soft sunlight rays peeping through the hotel blinds. Groaning, I rolled over to be greeted by a soft touch. Sleepily, I blinked open to see who it was. The sharp angular jawbone, the thick lashes and dark curls framing his face made my heart stop almost instantly. Cautiously, I reached my hand up and gently ran my fingers along his cheekbones. Smiling, he caught my hand and nestled into it slightly. His deep chocolate eyes absorbed me and held my undivided attention. Leaning forward, he lightly pressed his lips to my forehead and asked in his husky tone;

“Good morning Minnie… did you sleep well?”
“Of course.” I whispered in reply.
“I better wake the other members up.” He rolled from the sleeping mat beside mine and reached over to awaken the leader. I watched as his back muscles ripped beneath his shirt and sigh ever so slightly because I realise that I’ll never have him, because as much as it hurts, my love will always be unrequited.

I tightened my grip around the younger boy, pulling him into my arms. I looked down at his soft features and want so badly to kiss his slightly parted lips as he mumbles in his sleep. Gently, I brush some hair from his eyes and as I see his eyelids begin to flutter, I shut mine out of fear of being caught. After a few minutes, I feel his fingertips slidding along my cheekbone and it makes me shudder in pleasure. Reaching up, I caught his hand and nestled into his palm, wanting to feel his touch. I blinked open an my heart caught as I was met with his hazel brown eyes, they caught my attention and I felt myself being in. Not being able to help myself, I leaned forward and placed a gentle kiss on his forehead. Taking a deep breath I asked;

“Good morning Minnie… did you sleep well?”
“Of course.” He whispered in reply.
“I better wake the other members up.” I rolled up from the sleeping mat and sighed ever so slightly because I realise that I’ll never have him, because as much as it hurts, my love will always be unrequited.
