In 2012, I fell in love with kpop and this band called Infinite. Because of Infinite, I moved on from a guy who rejected me. I liked that guy for three years straight even though he dated other people. It hurt to see him with other people, but not with me. Sure, I may have dated someone else too, but in the end we broke up, cause I kept thinking of the other guy. And history has repeated itself.
As a fangirl, we learn to love our idols, knowing that other people love them as much as we do. (If not, even more.) But eventually, when we get older, we will move on from this phase and find someone else. I'm devastated by this news as well. It's just that reality has finally dawned on every fangirl there is. That eventually, our "oppas" will find other people, and we will too.
