Eighty seven
ReasonsEighty seven
Seung gi knew there was something abnormal that day. It wasn’t ordinary for eighteen year olds, who can barely get out of bed, to smile at him during a 7 o’clock lecture. The smiles were more like grins, triggering his curiosity.
The grins expanded by the end of the lecture when they handed him their reports. He was pretty sure he received some winks. It got worse on the way to his office to rest. Nearly everyone was displaying equally wide grins.
“Nice night?”One of his colleagues commented with a chuckle. The day kept getting weirder.
He was peacefully having a cup of coffee in his office when Yonghyuk walked in. He was trying his best not to chuckle. “Did you have a look in the mirror today?”
He glanced up from the papers in confusion.
“Everyone is talking about it, we know you’re engaged but that’s just too much” Yonghyuk pointed at his neck. “We don’t want to know that Suzy goes beastly on you”
Seung gi jolted at the words. He stared at Yonghyuk in shock.
He sighed before walking closer to him. He explained that he was sporting a bright red, showing kiss mark.
The day started to make more sense then.
He lent him his tie, telling him to put the collar up and assuring he could barely see it anymore. After Yonghyuk left, Seung gi came to realize his students saw him with a kiss mark. Wonderful.
The almost happy fact is that it wasn’t the worst. The worst was when Suzy emptied her mobile memory on his laptop without telling him. He discovered in the lecture hall. In attempt to play a video of language development in humans’ animal ancestors, he almost played a video she once sent him of her mischievously undressing.

“What’s that on your neck?” his friend asked.
“Shhh, we’re pretending we can’t notice” came Yonghyuk’s humorous reply. He gave them a look as they both chuckled.
“Oppa!” Suzy enthusiastically called as she made her way past the professors, with cheerful greetings to the ones who knew her, thus the entire faculty. It was safe to say she became a subject of great interest after the news spread.
The way she walked into the room, with a bright smile and eager steps, eyes shining as they were fixed on him, easily lit his day. She had a power for giving him that burst of energy.
“I forgot to give you your lunch box” she announced, handing him a small floral container with a hopeful gleam. “I made it” she added.
He observed the baby blue box with small rose prints. “You made me a lunch box
