Prologue: Your best friend's crazy ideas~
“Who said I was going to join? You—are going to join this show.”

At the school’s library

Oh Jae Young; your best friend read the flyer posted on the wall with a wide grin plastered on her face. She squealed and looked back at you after finishing reading it.

“Kya! ~~~~~-ah! This is it!” She exclaimed and grabbed your arm. You rounded your eyes at her.

“What is it?” You asked, uninterested. You blinked and returned your attention back to your open book on the table as you let your best friend hold both your hands. Jae Young grinned ear to ear and closed your book. You bit your lips to prevent yourself from yelling at her.

You click your tongue.

“Jae Young…” You warned.

“Stop that for now, there are no exams for the month!”

You raised your eyebrows at her.

“Meaning?”

She scowled and dropped your hands. You mentally smirked and was about to grab your book when her hand slams on it.

“Will you stop being a geek for once? You’ve been studying for the past three hours!” She whined. You rolled your eyes as you try to grab the book for the second time.

“We’re in a library, Unnie. And in the library—we study.”

Jae Young stands up and grabs the book away from you. You frowned.

“Bepu, give it to me.” You ordered firmly and fix your round glasses up.

She shakes her head stubbornly and hugs the book closer to her chest.

“I miss my best friend.” She said with a pout. "She's being emotional again..." Your eyes softened and you too stand up. You silently gathered your things and put it neatly inside your bag.

“Look what studying too much has done to you. You don’t have time for your best friend and your eyes are even damaged! They’re now blurry! I’m not saying that studying is bad but—“ And her blabber mouth starts to blabber.

You rolled your eyes and busied yourself.

Jae Young watch you with a wide pout, her blabbering finally stopped.

You sighed and turned to her after picking up your things. You gave her a bright smile and removed your glasses.

“Your best friend has now returned to you.” You grinned; showing your teeth with braces and held your hand towards her. Her face lit up and hugged you.

“Aigoo~ Bepu-ya.” She murmured and pulls away from you. You smiled.

She placed the book back on the shelf and grinned at you.

“Bepu, I saw this flyer—“

“About giving someone a makeover— yes— I know. What about it?” You cut her off as you started to walk towards the door. Jae Young followed you after hanging her bag on her shoulders.

“Ya, bepu. It looks really fun and interesting!” She beamed. You chuckled.

“You don’t need a makeover; you’re already the queenka in this school.” You laughed softly.

She stopped but you continued walking. You turned around and glanced at her when you notice her absence beside you.

“Who said I was going to join?” You frowned after hearing that statement. You can feel what she’s planning; you can clearly read it in her bright eyes.

You opened your mouth to speak but no words came out.

You didn’t like her sly look one bit.

“Don’t tell me… you’re going to make me join that stupid show?” You asked bluntly.

Your mouth fell when she nodded.

 “You—are joining that show.” She grinned.

 “Oh God help me.”

CHARACTERS:

-Not really a geek but prefers to be one and act like one
-Hates publicity
-Doesn’t like attention
-knows instruments like piano, flute, guitar etc.
-It’s a secret but she’s a dancer
-Has a huge crush on someone but she never reveals who it is

OH JAE YOUNG [Your best friend] 오 재영

–very emotional girl
-rich and pretty
-queenka in school
-sweet and cheerful
-has a great voice
-loved by everyone

 Lee Byung Hun [ L.Joe ] 이 병헌 - 엘조

-A well known rapper from the group Teen Top
-He does everything smoothly and perfectly
-Hates being told what he have to do
-Hates obsessed people
-Does his best to every performances and projects
-He hates liars
-Has a dark past

Ahn Daniel [Niel] 안 다니엘 – 니엘

-Is a very sweet guy
-Very silent  and shy
-He was once a very hyper and loud boy but an accident changed him
-Is very loving but hides it

 “~~~~-ah! Stop hurting yourself!”

“Stop pretending like you care!”

“I care about you… because I love you.”

“~~~~~-ah…” He thought as another set of tears form in his eyes.

“Seeing you happy with him, then I should be happy… right?” He murmurs sadly and forced out a small smile but it failed him; instead, tears flow freely from his eyes, lips on a thin line. “But… why is it so hard to ignore this feeling… the feeling of wanting you for myself?” He thought miserably and closed his eyes tight to prevent his tears.

“If my absence can give you freedom to love someone…” He opened his eyes.

He slowly turned his head to look at you.

His eyes caught yours.

“~~~~-ah, I guess this is good bye…” With that, he left.
