CHARACTERS (Not in Order of importance since I did them off the top of my head) :

GU JI NA (OC) - Main character. Has been best friends with Cha Eun Sang since they were little. Starts attending Jeguk HS with Cha Eun Sang. Lives with Jeon Hyun Joo who is a teacher at Jeguk HS

KIM WON - Heir to Jeguk Company. Helps run the company while his father is ill, but company not fully his yet. Sent his own brother into exile for three years in America. Cold hearted and cruel to people around him but warm hearted and nice towards his friends and family. Has a hidden relationship with Jeon Hyun Joo and has known Gu Ji Na since she was young even though Ji Na doesn't know he is the heir the Jeguk Co.

KIM TAN - Won's brother and second in line for inheriting Jeguk Co. Meets Eun Sang in US before the story because I'm rewriting it to start when she gets back to Korea.

CHA EUN SANG - Poor girl who coincidentally meets the right people when her sister abandons her in a foreign land. Boyish and tough on the exterior, but very naiive and shy on the interior. Mother works for Tan's mother as a housemaid but she doesn't know it when she meets Tan. Best friends with Ji Na, she knows all of Ji Na's secrets and of her dark past.

YOON CHAN YOUNG - Dad is one of Jeguk Company's top workers. Cha Eun Sang's and Lee Ji Na's best friend from when they were very little. Is always there for the two and treats them like family. Girlfriend is Lee Bo Na, who hates Cha Eun Sang and tolerated Gu Ji Na cuz they are the only girls that she can't get out of Chan Young's life. Very nice, polite, and treats everyone with kindness.

LEE BO NA - Chan Young's girlfriend. Hates Cha Eun Sang and Ji Na cuz they've been friends with Chan Young for a long time and know a lot more about him than she does. Ex girlfriend of Kim Tan, don't know if her character will progress into a good or bad one. We'll see.

CHOI YOUNG DO - Exbest friend of Kim Tan. Ruthless bully at school who lives his life doing whatever he wants cuz he has the money to keep him going. His abusive father is engaged and going to marry the mother of Yoo Ra Hael who goes to school with him.

YOO RA HAEL - Soon to be stepsister of Choi Young Do. Engaged to Kim Tan and a total snotty brat. Does whatever she can to get what she wants and to make it look like her engagement with Tan is a happy one.

JO MYUNG SOO - Best friend of Young Do and Bo Na. Not a big character so far but has already shown his wit and sarcasm. Parents are sucessful lawyers but he does not want to be a lawyer because he says he's not smart enough. Loves to take pictures.

LEE HYO SHIN - Sunbae with many secrets. Father is CEO of a prominent company and wishes to pass it on to Hyo Shin in the future. Hyo Shin has many secret that he keeps from his parents and is the same age as Won (here not in real drama) as a sunbae of the rest of the characters by one year. 

JEON HYUN JOO - Secret girlfriend of Kim Won. Has known Ji Na since she was a little and Ji Na is staying at her house for the time being. Teacher at Jeguk HS, Ji Na and Hyun Joo try to keep their knowing each other on the DL.
