-=Prologue 1=-

Loud alarm sound blaring inside the bedroom, forced both men whom currently sleeping for opening their eyes and wake up.

“Good morning, Siwon.” Said the blonde man to his husband.

“Good morning, Min.” Another soulless morning kiss was shared between them.

A kiss that now only become an obligation for Siwon. He always wondering, where's the love had gone? At least in the past he always felt his heart become warm every time he kiss Sungmin or simply when his skin brushed against his skin but now, even making love doesn't feel as making love, that’s only ed and because of obligation not because of passion or desire. Or maybe since before love indeed never blooming between them and what he felt simply because of lack of touch from other person, he never sure and he never dare to ask the question to Sungmin. He don’t want to make Sungmin sad, not because he pity or love him but that was his obligation to always make Sungmin happy. Memories of Sungmin’s father dying while holding his hand tightly three years ago still fresh on his mind. The old man saying he knew what Siwon and his father want, and he’ll give that for him as long as he always protecting Sungmin and make him happy. Siwon nodded, he’ll take that obligation and because he’s the man of words, he’ll fulfilled his promise and won’t disappointed him or Sungmin. The promise had turned into obligation that tied him on marriage with Lee Sungmin.

Sungmin smile after the kiss but he knew better, the kiss mean nothing for Siwon and for him. The kisses only obligation for making their marriage, at least, like the other normal marriage although since beginning their marriage was a bit different from others. He trying to become the best husband for Siwon and so far Siwon had proved himself as the best husband for him, but still, Sungmin felt his decision for agreeing his father’s wish and marrying Siwon was in vain now. Is he happy? Yes he’s happy, why shouldn't he? He never lack of wealth, he only lack of, love perhaps. He used to think Siwon genuinely love him that’s why he agree to marrying him although at that time Sungmin didn’t love him at all but now, he concluded, both of them agreed for married wasn't because of love. Siwon agreed maybe because of chance became The Lee’s company heirs and Sungmin agreed maybe because of financial assurance. Once again, it's all about money. Despite that was only his speculation. He never tried to ask Siwon about that, he’s afraid if his speculation become reality, because he knew, the downfall of his company will come if he become the company president and Siwon stepped down from his current position, so far, Siwon capable to provide his needs, so why he must start unnecessary fuss about his own speculation? Sungmin realize the effect of his decision was slowly but sure consuming him, make him like living doll, pretty at the outside but empty at the inside. As usual he’ll brushed off that feeling and covered it with branded clothes and expensive accessories, he's doll after all and Siwon was his master.

“I’ll make breakfast for us.” Sungmin said. Siwon nodded. He watched until the blonde man reached the door, “Min.” He called. The other stopped, “Yes?”. Siwon gulped, “You know I love you, right?” he say the 'I love you' like usual because that’s his obligation. “Yeah.” The blonde man closed the door behind him. Siwon rubbed his face; this obligation had started tiring him mentally and physically.

Another morning comes. Another day comes, yet he never comes. Love and lust. Two things Heechul often failed to differentiate. Lead him to cling on his own belief of to decide which one from the relationship he currently has based. Was that base on love or lust? Although often his relationship was based on the later reason. Romantic desperate, people say, he always believe one day his prince on white horse will come and his love story will found the happily ever after and he thought, that Chinese man is his prince, he truly believe that, until now. Despite the said prince already leave him two winters ago, without explanation, without goodbye. He believes, no one will able to be his prince. No one, only that person whom can. Human stupidity and stubbornness was incredible, he thought last night after emptying three bottles full with soju and shed another tears because the prince never come back. Love or lust, Heechul need someone for helping him differentiates it and maybe could become his prince as well too. But for now, he need someone for wiping off the tears from his eyes, without asking why he cry or whom had made him cry.

Heechul leave the bed with nothing on his body and let the soft glow of morning sun shining through the colorful window bathing him, creating colorful pattern on his body.

“I am beautiful.” He said to his reflection. Soft breezes caressing his body as if agreeing him, yes you’re beautiful.
