Sungyeol surprised to see a lot of gifts in his room. he is actually happy, but also don't believe this. It's not his birthday. But why did he receive many gifts? To be sure, he called his brother, Sunggyu. 
"Why my bedroom it's full of so many gifts? today It's not my birthday "Sungyeol spoke through his cell phone. 
"What? I do not know .. just ask Hoya. Maybe he left gifts for school graduation in your room "Sunggyu answered. 
"Oh, so it's a gift for graduation the school?" He said ending the conversation. 
Sungyeol want to calling his friend, Hoya and inquire about these gifts. But he canceled because he saw her name on greeting cards. He's more confused after he found his name again on the other greeting cards. In fact all of them! 52 Gifts for Sungyeol!
"To Lee Sungyeol. Happy birthday. Happy 18 years old " 
"To Lee Sungyeol. Happy birthday. Happy 19 years old " 
"To Lee Sungyeol. Happy birthday. Happy 20 years old " 
"To Lee Sungyeol. Happy birthday. Happy 21 years old " 
"To Lee Sungyeol. Happy birthday. Happy 22 years old " 
"To Lee Sungyeol. Happy birthday. Happy 23 years old" and so on 
"all of these gifts for me? Why can? these gifts for my next birthday? Until I were 70 years old? "Sungyeol still don't believe it. 
Suddenly his phone is ringing. Sungyeol immediately picked it up. 
"Sungyeol? It's me Sungjong! Quickly come to the hospital.Something happened with Myungsoo "said Sungjong. His voice sounded like-people who are very worried. Sungyeol immediately went to the hospital. 

Arriving at the hospital... 
"What's happen? why Myungsoo?" Sungyeol looking at  weak Myungsoo lying helpless on a hospital mattress. 
"He wants to see you before he passed away" Dongwoo said, fighting back tears. Sungyeol very sad to hear about it. 
Myungsoo opened his eyes slowly. He saw his roommate that he loved was now standing in front of him. 
"Sungyeol .. forgive me .. I can't keep my promise. I can't stay with you until your age 70 years "said Myungsoo. Sungyeol crying while holding Myungsoo's hand. 
"No .. it's okay, you don't have to feel guilty " 
"I'm rich .. but can't buy life with my money. You're poor but can buy life without money .. god is unfair "Myungsoo said, weeping. 
"God is fair .. he made you go to the heaven first " Sungyeol wiping Myungsoo's tears. 
"Sungyeol ... promise to me .." Myungsoo looks increasingly weak. 
"What? Just tell me? "Sungyeol keep holding hands Myungsoo. 
"You should routinely visiting my grave .. care of my grave! "Myungsoo hope. Sungyeol crying, of course he can do it. 
"I'll do anything for you, Myungsoo .." said Sungyeol. 
"Thank you .. i'm sleepy now, I want to sleep" Myungsoo said, closing his eyes. 

yeah, Myungsoo looks like he really sleep. his face so pale. Sungyeol can't hold his tears more than this.

"is he sleeping? " Sungjong asked. His face was wet with tears. 
"He will not open his eyes again .." Sungyeol stand and remove the grip. 

"Sungyeol...he's pass away" Dongwoo crying while he grab Myungsoo's hands.
"Those gifts in your room..those from Myungsoo for you, he really disappointed with his self because he can't kept his promise to stay with you until you're age is 70 years old" Dongwoo continue.

"really..? those gifts from Myungsoo for me?" Sungyeol can't believe it.
"yeah.. he said you have to open that gift one by one every you have you're birthday" 

"I understand..that's why he gave me 52 gifts untill my age is 70 years old..but why he thinked that i would live untill  my age is 70 years old.. that's boy..i just missed him" Sungyeol talk while he laugh. he really suprised cause Myungsoo do that. 

"He really loves you.. he said..you change his live.. really touching me, Yeol" Sungjong smiling to Sungyeol. 

Sungyeol looks again at Myungsoo. this is for last time. sungyeol sad because Myungsoo hide his cancer disease for long time. Sungyeol really want to hit Myungsoo because Myungsoo didn't tell anything about his cancer to Sungyeol. and Sungyeol can't believed when he heard that Myungsoo was senteced to life untill 2 weeks.

now, Myungsoo just left those all of gift in Sungyeol's room as Myungsoo's memorials.
