Description
Leeteuk was an idol, caring leader of the popular boy-band Super Junior, who carried a secret about his past. Maggie was an aspiring young singer, who couldn't stay with her family because of the past that haunted them. The two coincidently meet when wondering the streets of Seoul while out walking in the rain. Maggie has no place to stay and somehow ends up in the SuJu dormn with Leeteuk. The unlikely pair becomes close but their secrets are holding them apart. Is it possible for Maggie and Leeteuk to make a future together or will their painful pasts separate them forever?
Foreword
At night the city streets are quiet because no one’s around so it's the perfect place to think. At night the city hums with faint noises of traffic and glows with dim light from street lamps so there’s always something to distract you from your thoughts.
Tonight it's raining and so the lights are even more faded and the traffic is drowned out by the tapping of rainfall. Through the rain an idol boy named Leeteuk walks alone. He walks through the city streets during the nights he can’t sleep and returns before dawn so no one ever notices he's gone.
The city streets are scary for some, the tall buildings alien in the darkness. Stumbling through the rain walks a lost girl named Maggie who has nowhere to go.
The two walk with shoulders hunched, heads bowed down the same street until they collide and both fall backward onto the wet ground.
"Ouch!" they say at the same time.
"Are you okay?" Leeteuk asks the girl as he picks himself up, "You're not hurt are you?"
He offers one hand to the girl he knocked over while the other rubbed his head. Maggie looked up at him with big blue eyes and gave Leeteuk a slightly sarcastic smile.
"I'll live." she replied.
