The door opened and closed without a cheerful welcoming from Soohyun. Fixing your hair gently and your white dress as you walked into the living room.

"Hey Soo" You cooed as you walked around the corner.

"What" His angry, tired tone was raised as he looked at you causing you to freeze at his not needed tone that he never used.

"I-I was just wondering if you were h-hungry." Adverting your eyes as you spoke to him, which wasn’t like you.

"No" Soohyun said plainly as he folded his arms over himself as he played with his phone. You nodded solemnly as you headed over to your candlelit dinner as you ate for yourself. Even though you kept staring at Soohyun as you ate, you couldn’t help but feel bad for him.

Soohyun sat there on the couch and felt bad that he treated you, without a welcome home hug or a warm word to share with you.

Pushing out your chair you walked over and sat by him, “Soo did you have a good day?” You looked at him kindly as if nothing had happened. He shook his head.

"Are you going to talk to me?" You asked him wondering if it would be a quiet evening or not. He shook his head as he looked at his dimming phone. You got up and began to cry for you didn’t know if he cared for you like you cared for him. You loved him but he hasn’t returned the favor lately. Running to the bedroom you closed the door as he called your name gently.

Soohyun started to walk after you as the gentle glow of the candles caught his eye.

"She made me dinner" He said with a smile as a pain in his heart began to become more prominent. "She got all dressed up for me too and all I had to show for her was my big cold shoulder." He hissed at himself as he walked to the door gently letting his knuckles knock against the door as he heard muffled cries on the other side.

"Go away" You choked out

"Let me just apologize, please?" Soohyun said as you wanted to believe him.

"No, you had your chance." More tears fell down your face as it hurt you to push him away.

"One more, please just one more." Soohyun begged from the other side of the door, gently turning the handle as the door opened slowly. You covered your eyes.

"I don’t want to see you." You curled up on a ball on the bed. He slowly approached you sitting on the edge of the bed as he leaned on his arm as he rubbed your side gently.

"I know I have been cold to you. That I haven’t shown the side of myself that you usually love to see. I am sorry, I am just tired and stressed at the moment. I know that I shouldn’t take out my anger on you or anyone else. I am so sorry for the way I treated you. Will you forgive me?" Soohyun poured out his heart as he gently rubbed your side to your back as he moved closer to you to put some kisses on your neck.

"I’m sorry for leaving you alone, and having you eat dinner alone." He said before wrapping his arms around you, "I’m sorry for making you cry." He placed a couple more kisses on your neck as he then moved to your cheek as your hands gently pulled away from your face as Soohyun’s lips met yours sweetly. Your hands couldn’t help but wrap around his neck as your lips moved with his. Deepening the kiss he slowed his lips over yours as he pulled away, barely to free his lips from yours.

"You look beautiful tonight." His warm breath gently spilled over your lips as his lips moved down your jawline to your neck again. His hands steadied himself above you as his hands were pressed against the mattress up by your head. His low gaping shirt caused you to bite your lip as his lips gently crashed into yours too. Entangling your fingers in his hair he once again pulled away.

"I love you" Those three words you have waited weeks for him to say to you. With those three words you felt connected to him again, you felt your heart fill with love for him, confirming what you already knew. With those three words you forgave him as you resumed moving your lips happily over his.
