There's not enough snow on the ground for school to be canceled for the day. Taemin is less than pleased as he trudges through the slush that is slowly and torturously seeping into his thin soled shoes. There's enough of the icy annoyance to thoroughly ruin his day, but not so much as to allow him the joy of spending the day burrowed under his warm blankets. Snow is evil like that.
